Order no S1911153.Samsung Bluetooth headset was received 29.10.16 evening 4:00pm. It's charged upto 12 hrs. It's not charging! The charger cable looking very old, and more staining.Diwali holyday! Customer care not responding that complaint. Till now the support team not take any steps to rectify it.please take the right action at right times.consignment no :[protected] delyhevary courier.
