Order No: S[protected] It is since last 60 days...the product has been received at your end on 18th Aug'2016 with an additional postage charges of Rs. 165, still I have not received any refund, though it was well confirmed telepathically that full refund along with postal charges will be credited to my account within 5 days... may I know the definition of five days... or provide the refund voucher information, so that I can enquirer at my bank... Still I am writing the queries to you, but as on date you received the my product which was a faulty one, You with your team even not interested to reply also...Wao...I am feeling lot of thrill to be a your customer..
