We ordered a Nokia mobile set costing Rs 1249/- from your side on 23/09/2018. We have received our ordered set on 26/9/2018. We regret to say that on checking the parcel, the mobile we received seems to be a used one and the charger is rusted. We request you to kindly replace this set with a new set and charger and send immediately. If not possible please cancel the order and repay the amount.
