Dear sir,
I have booked buy on get one mi-10400 power bank on 16- oct'17 ad it was delivered to me on 05-11-17 and as soon i have open the box i could found that both the product are damaged.

Immediately i called to delivery boy but he didn't turned off, after that i tried to contact cc but unfortunately i could not contact. Today i was able to contact but customer care executive is telling i can do what ever but product will not be replaced.

Now i wanted to know will you replace my product or not?

Dear Sir,
I have given the photo, so now you should send the correct product and they should collect the fauty product as per the online shopping system.
I had been shopping from different online merchant and they are doing the same, now tell me if you are asking me to send to the mention address who will bear the courier charges?

So pls send your courier representative to collect the faulty product and they can hand over the correct product.
