I had purchased a mobile samsung galaxy core2 due to bad product, i had returned it and raised a complaint with whaaky, after due verification, they had sent mail to me on 12th sept that your amount will be refunded as per policy, but till date i have not received the said amount back in my a/c i had also talk to their rep on [protected] on 3rd nov'17 and he has assured that he will surely refund the amount before 11th nov'17.
