[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Refund Issue | |||||
I have ordered an Imported Half Blade Shoes @ 699 on 07th FEb, 2017 from whaaky.com (order id: S[protected]. But reading some bad reviews about the merchant I cancelled the order on the same day via mail. But no confirmation mail from their side regarding cancellation. So I tried to call them on [protected]. After near about 20 attempts one lady executive received my phone and told me that refund will be processed within 48 hrs. Now today they mailed me to inform that refund will be initiated on the next month (March-2017). In their website my order status is still showing confirmed. I fear that the company is fraud.
