Hi i'm chandru. I'm ordering samsung guru e 1200, 2 mobiles my order no:s[protected] Today evening only i receive my delivery. I open the phone. I charge it. Bt charge not working. Always showing charge in & out only. I use many plug port. But same problem only. Now mobile shut down So i want refund. I trying customer care. But there is no response. Il put mail also.
