I had place an order for Sony 10, 000 MaH Power bank, making an online payment of Rs.499/- however the package received had Mi 20, 000 MaH powerbank which is faulty. Following this I called their customer telephone number, the phone is voice prompt with no one to respond. I have sent an email on [protected]@whaaky.com raise the complaint. I feel cheated.
