Ordered on: 12Dec15 Order No: S[protected] Product not received even after one month. When inquired, product is dispatched through DELHIVERY Couriers. Tracked the status and understand that the product is returned since courier agency does not serve said location. Asked for cancellation and refund and again get reply that the product when received at Whaaky, would then be taken for refund. Customer response is crap. Once when blasted on them, they just hanged down the call and now blocked my number. I need a legal procedure to sue them. Can anybody help? Was this information helpful? | |||||
