With reference to my mail dated 03 May 2014, I am yet to receive any confirmation regarding the shipment details pertaining to my order No.S80320602.
Your online tracking facility at whaaky.com STILL displays "PREPARING TO SHIP" against shipment status, till date.(09 May 2014)
Though I am eligible for the surprise gift/complimentary gift for delayed delivery of my consignment, I am now compelled to a stage that whether my actual consignment would be delivered with surprise gift apart. Having made the payment in full on the
date (17 April 2014) of placing the order, there is actually no progress for even after 23 days (till 09 May 2014).
Your customer support number[protected] keeps repeating the same recorded message without progressing on to the next facility for personal interaction with your customer care executive, with whom I shall redress my grievance regarding the consignment.
Expecting an early dispatch from your end, with adequate shipping details.
