Whaaky.com — Wrong product received on delivery

I have ordered the mi+ 20800 mah power bank on whaaky.com vide order no. S[protected] and made online payment of the product but after few date when i received my product received it is different from the product what i ordered and also i have not received invoice of the product, i also mail to whaaky support team but i have not received any positive response from the company and also they have not take any initiative for return of the product

Kindly take necessary action and help in return of the product

This the final reminder from my side regarding the order cancellation, will wait till tomorrow else i have to go through legal procedure to resolve the issue
in spite of various reminder i am not getting any response from your side. and no replacement done till date or cancellation of order is processed

Updated by Tarun Bankde I have till date not received any response from the whaaky team regarding the issue and the problem has not been resolved yet, also there is no any reply on the mail or neither they received calls every time their consumer number remains busy and when we get connect they not answer properly
