[Resolved] Whaaky — refund of shirts ordered | |||
I have ordered shirts from whaaky.com on 16th sept 2017, but due to size issue i had to send it back and asked for the refund i. E. 1149 rs including the courier charges that i spent to send them. They told me that i'll get refund by 30th november, i called few days back and they assured me to repay on or before 29th november. I have mailed many times and all the time only one reply they gave and all the time when i called customer care they give me excuse that their vendor is not giving them the money so they cannot transfer money to me. Today i called them and still they asked for few more days. It's been 2 months and i haven't got my 1149 rs. So please help me out with this Was this information helpful? | |||
