Received 3rd class quality shirts so returned on28.01.2017 and (Received by whaaky on 02.02.2017). Till date not received my revised order

Whaaky is fraud company.
They provides duplicate/faulty product.
They does not return revised product.
Customer care number are dead. No one can receive[protected]

Received your mail dated 24.02.2017 regarding refund, already I am tired to listen your "8-10 working days" matter resolution comment. You have received my return shirts on 02.02.2017. Now today is 28.02.2017, hence 26 days are passed. What is your calculation about working days. I humbly request you to do not disturb someone. If you are not able to provide customers requirement, why you are collecting orders?? Also you are giving much trouble to refund / revise.

If you have sense, learn more about how to handle customers. Start your customer care contact numbers. Keep representative to receive customers phones. Provide quality material as you shown on website. Cover revised/refund matter. Call to customers to resolve matter.
