I had purchased a WHIRLPOOL M. MIND 26 ELITE REFREGERATOR SET - Colour - TITANIUM, Serial No. 3897, Refregeartor on 13.07.2009
against Tax Inv. No. BC/001963/09-10 DATED 13.07.2012 of GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO., Barrackpore-700120. But after expiry of nine months
the Refregerator started to various types of Problems. Despite several complaints lodged to Customer Care of Whirlpool, they did not attach proper
importance and as a result the Refregerator becomes totally inactive at present.

I search for repairing for whirlpool refrigerator in askme.com in that sulekha.com i submit all details with my No.
after 5 minutes I get call from one company & person come repair my refrigerator & give bill of Rs. 2650 so I paid but 2nd Day same problem no cooling so again I call that person but now he not coming so where I complain for this?

Dear sir,

We are not getting any response from Whirlpool,
i have sent several reminders to higher authorities, No response.

I purchased a refrigerator vide model no. 9095 sr. no. [protected] vide chasis no. INA[protected] comp. no. QB73C16GAX5 , five yr old. refrigerator double door 310 ltr.

But from the begining i have been facing many problems with it.

•Its door buzzer allways keeps running non stop (Beeping Continously).

That time I called ur service engineer many number of times from sector 16 A service centre,Faridabad. Two and half yrs back i called up once again for improper cooling , he came and took my refrigerator to their workshop and told me that its PCB (Kept near compressor) is not working. and then charged a high amount for repairing.

Then again for the last one yr , I am facing problems, its upper portion was working and lower portion was not working. I called them up again and found that the service centre does not exists there now .

Then i called some other technician and he told me that its PCB ( No. 8929 Essar Electronics A[protected]) is not working and this will be repaired. After that he told me that there exists some problem of choking and hence he charged up the gas .but the problem still remained the same .then I called up someone else and he told me its PCB will be replaced.

I tried to contact many people in order to replace this , But every one told me its PCB is now not coming.

Your organisation at Faridabad has also refused to repair it.

My family is facing lots of problems without the refrigerator for the last one yr.

I can never advice a whirlpool product to any of my friends or family now, after such a painstaking experience.

I just want to know what is my mistake if the company has stopped manufacturing it's components?

Should i use this fridge now just to serve as an almirah?Or should i think that the sum of 22000/- that i invested in this refrigirator were spend uselessly over a useless package of refrigirator ?

The co. can not ignore it's negligence at this point of time and harrass it's consumers.

The co. is forcing me to approach the consumer court ...in this case .Because, this is beyond the patience level of a consumer.

Hope you urself being a consumer will understand the sentiments and problems involved

I made a compaint about leakage in my Refrigerator & the complaint was lodge through a customer care executive who didn't informed anything about the charges, when the technical guy came to for the visit at that time he is informing about the charges even though the refrigerator was in its warranty period.

He said they don't have any information about when & which product was purchased.

The worst & co. whirlpool.

Complaints : This is 3rd year running. There are few cracks started developeing in inside walls of body. This is not due to any damange caused by daily useage but because of material defect. Some photos are attached for service dept. Videos cant send it as its not allowed in this format.

I requset India Sales Director through Sales & Service Managers/ Engineers to please rectify my case & sort it our on either on FOC or Free Replacement based on your engineers technical conclusion.

I am sure this is a Technical Material problem at your end. Hope that this will be taken care. Few basic details I am putting below which i have already informed to your customer care executive.

Sir,I have registered a complaint at customer care with ref. no KL[protected]. Regarding this a machanic visite my house and tell me ur compreser is out of order. so i come next day and exchange ur parts because it fall within gaurntee period .but till date he neither come my house nor solve my problems. I have make a call every 2 or 3 days at no[protected] all time same replied given by customer care -parts is not available at the store so wait untill availity of parts.
please help me regarding solving me problem within shortet time.

I have puchased whirlpool stabilizer along with ac on 28th of june2012. The whirlpool stabilizer was faulty and not working properly. I have lodged a complaint with the same
. The complaint number was DL[protected]. On 11th july 2012, one of executive from whirlpool named gurvinder sjngh de-attached the stabilizer and took up with him for repairing. Now its almost one month and i didn't get any reponse from company side. I really fed up by following up with whirlpool customer care. I have been following up with them on daily basis but not getting any proper feedback. Can anyone help me with resprct to this.

I am here by informing you that I had parched fridge an dated 25th March 2010 from the local dealer of Varanasi R.D. Kothari (Invoice enclosed) in the couple of year the instrument started creating problem in cooling. I made several complain to the dealer for proper service (Still in the warranty period). For servicing they look fridge o dated 04/07/2012. After servicing again within the fortnight I have to face the same problem my fridge in still dumped in the service center I am requesting to change compressor local service center is not listening as far as I know, whirlpool is an reputed company/firm this type of negligence and non- cooperation is not expected please do need same help so the dealer give proper response to consumer. Our whirlpool refrigator has been giving us problems ever since we purchased around 5 years ago. Almost every year we have spent thousands of rupees to get it repaired. 3 weeks back, the fridge stopped working. The compressor had apparently broken. We paid 7000 Rupees to get the compressor replaced. 2 days later the fridge again stopped working. It has been 10 days since lodging complaint...still no repair done. So we paid 7000 INR just for nothing.
The customer service department in Pune is absolutely pathetic. Here are my experiences

1. On lodging complaint, they said, someone will be there in 24 hours. After 2 days no one came to fix. On calling again, they said 24 hours means 8+8+8 hours, i.e. 3 days!!
2. The repairman came and went back again saying that a defrost trigger part is to be ordered and will take 2-3 days more. 7 days have past, still no fix. On calling again for status update we got answer -"did you not get phone from our Pondicherry store-house?". He was asking us the status!! They have no idea what is happening
3. 10 days later we call again. They say, the complaint is closed!! Apparently someone visited our house and found it locked and went back. No phone call was made before coming

We got so fed-up that we were forced to purchase another brand-new refrigator (obviously not whirlpool) in spite of spending lot of money on the whrilpool fridge compressor.

My advice to anyone reading this...Even if someone pays you money to purchase a whirlpool product, DONT DO IT! The company products are pathetic, 3rd grade and its service, especially the Pune/PCMC area is apparently run by lazy, un-professional, careless and good-for-nothing .

This is regarding complain against Western Refrigeration co. (Your service center in Noida). There was a small fault of likage in my washing machine for that they took my washing machine on[protected]Job sheet no 11890) after saying that they will deliver in 2 days . But its been more then 13 days i am continuosly following with them .but everytime they are saying Machine is on way .So i left my office on Last monday to recive it but no one came again on tuesday same thing happened. On wednesday they told me that machine will be repaired on thrusday .

There was a small problem of leakage for which they took my machine and told me that they have done chemical cleaning without informing me.I have already buyed your chemical cleaning products earlier .So how can they charge me for chemical cleaning .??

This is cheating with customer and i am contacting consumer forum for this as i have lost my salary for three days (waiting for you on wrong commitments )which is around 30,000/- also without my concern they have done chemical wash and putting charge on me.

Taking to your customer care Mr. Ghashyam morya ,he told me that this is process so there customer care is also of no use.. GB[protected]

I booked a refrigerator ( Model W/pool IC355 Neo FCGB4 Graphite13830) at Sony Electronics,22-86, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. They supplied the fridge on same day at about 2230 hrs on 01/07/2012. Very next day it is observed that there is a hole at the side of the lower handle. When telephonically asked regarding this, they told it is normal. But on further enquiry it is found that it is a manufacturing defect. My shop is not taking any interest to get it changed. They are telling that it the responsibility of the Whirlpool company. Company telling that send the fridge to company at my own expenditure. As I purchased the new fridge from the shop then it should be the responsibility of the shop to deliver a correct item.What should I do now? More over the company did not come for demo. After repeated request they came.

I purchased a WHIRLPOOL AC and had a maintenance contract with the company till 2013. On the 23rd of July 2013 ,this AC stopped cooling and a complaint (No GB[protected] ) was registered at their complaint centre. After 2 days one mechanic comes to my house ,changes the capacitor and said it will work now.

Within 2 days the same problem of non cooling developed again and another complaint given. This time they took the machine to their service centre. I make a call the next day and the person from this centre tell me that the compressor is not working and this has to be replaced. Since I had an AMC contract with this company , I could feel the extreme reluctance of these people to repair my AC.

I have been making daily calls to their centre and talked to Mr Rizwan , on one ocassion he tells me that the company is not sending the compressor . Once he tells me a compressor came , but that was for a split Ac. Since 3 days Mr Rizwan has stopped picking up my calls.

With difficulty I could get the number of ANKIT BANSAL who is the ASM , I believe , of Noida area . I was able to talk with him once and appraised him of the severe problem facing my old mother who is without the service of an AC thanks to the casual and careless attitude of WHIRLPOOL staff and in this hot ,humid weather . He promised to call back within half an hour after getting details of this case from his service people . Since that time I have not heard from Mr Bansal and he refuses to pick up my phone if I call him .

I have sent several e-mails to their [protected]@whirlpool and I have not received a single reply.

Today, on the 11th day of my AC being sent for repair , I get a call from the technician at the service centre that my AC has been repaired by changing the relay only !!!!!!

For days together I was being told that the compressor needs to be changed and now after so many days ,this person tells me there is nothing wrong with the compressor only the relay needs to be changed.!!

By the way, I am still waiting for this AC to come back to me.
What kind of country we are living in , where people break their commitments, heartless to others in difficulty all for the sake of avoiding to adhere to your committments for a few rupees ....

I (Sudheer Singh)purchased a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine model no. 13625 on 30 Jun2012(senator 6kg) from Razzle Dazzle Electronic B.O.-10 Vigyan Vihar, Opp HDFC Bank Ashoka Niketan, Delhi-92 is not working from demo time, appx 6 experts and engineers has been visited but till date condition is still remain. After seeing the washing machine all engineers are saying for replacing the washing machine with in six-seven days but now any body is not responding and not attending my calls.
Now you people dont even know the problem, plz replace my washing machine as stated by company engineers as soon as possible because I am facing the problem, before I take further serious action on your company.

Purchased a Fridge (W/POOLIC355Neo FCGB4 Graphite(13830) on 01/07/2012 Via credit invoice no-CR-589. Item delivered same day at 2200 Hrs. After receive, no service engineer came for DEMO though asked for at the customer care.After 15 days they came and when asked for a particular manufacturing defect, they told that they are not knowing about this. Very next day I told my dealer (Sony electronics,22-86/1, Chandanagar. Hyderabad-500050 , TIN :[protected]) . They also took my complaint and assured me that if it is a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced. But after one week also passed no result. Please do something.

I am using a Whirlpool310 Ltr fridge for the last 5 Yrs. But I am in disbelief taht a company of such a repute can sell such poor quality product. Pl let me clarify its not me my three friends who have the same product are facing the same problem.

1. My compressor failed exactly two days after expiry of warranty period.
2. The main door handle broke away this year.
3. Chiller tray cover broke down this year.
4. The biggest design failure, now my main door top hinge has broken. (Complaint No. DL [protected])
Pl dont think i am a careless user. I used my previous fridge of Godrej make 165 Ltrs for 17 yrs.
Now after launching a complaint on 25 Jul 12 about the hinge I am waiting for the mechanic to come with the right part to replace the item .
All this is happening while I am sitting at Delhi. God save rest of the places.

I raised complaint that washing machine was not working. service man came changed the mother board. I worked 3 months. After that again same problem faced. We called same service man on last of June,2012. He came and taken mother board replacement. He did not replaced the mother board yet.Every day WE calling him and he is not responding to phone calls at all. If he responds, he says he will now then, but he did not come. It is already 1month over.

my name is gopal goel... on 21st july 2012 i filed complaint at whirlpool service center about the damage of my refrigetor. After 2 days their engineer named Aftab came and after cheking the product said that wiring of fridge is wrong and it will give electrict current on starting
then he said that compressor isn't working and he would have to take it to the company for repairing..it will cost 7000 rupees...

on 25th that is today company called us for confirming the deal but we denied
So we contacted our local engineer and he checked that relay, condensor and overload are missing from the product. so he installed new parts...

that means AFTAB has misleaded me and he took the parts of my refrigetor with him without informing me...

they are making business from it...they can't be trusted...i want a action agaist this fraud company

The double door - No frost fridge purchased by me at m/s MGB Tirupur is not working from March 2012. It is under extended warranty period. I have given the complaint to the company and they have come and filled the gas five times, then changed the compressor thrice and still it is not functioning properly. I have sent mails to the customer care for more than 20 times. Still they could not correct it and now they say they will replace the fridge. For this I have to pay 50 % of the fridge cost.
