Replacement sought

We purchased H65 whirlpool washing machine on 13th July 2008. Since then we have been put through inconvenience because of the improper functioning of the product.

Inspite of repeated complaints and requests for replacement of the piece the customer care department keeps sending engineers who behave more like sales representatives trying to sell us accessories rather than attending to our commplaints.

Faulty machine delivered 2nd time

Dear Sir/Madam,

1) I had purchased the microwave oven of whirlpool on 3rd oct 09 but it was not functioning and had problem.Service engineer inspected the oven one week later after daily followup with Whirlpool, pune office.The service engineer said the piece is faulty and needs to be replaced so he took the invoice copy from me and had send to customer care of pune for replacement.

Damaged Air Conditioner Delivered & Not Repaired

I bought a Whirlpool AC in April 2009. The AC delivered to me was damaged (the Swing was broken). Whirlpool's local office in Kolkata told me they would replace the Swing.

Whirlpool A/C - a piece of s%$#*

I had purchased a brand new Whirlpool split A/C (1.5 ton), Whirlpool Mastermind deluxe about 2 months ago for around Rs 22, 000/-. Defective Refrigerator

The fridge was put into operation on 3rd June 2009. On June 17,2009, the back tray of the fridge was filled with water and overflowing. This was reported to the dealer the same day. On June 20,2009, a technician named Mr. Zakir Hussain from Whirlpool replaced the defrost timer and thermostat of the fridge. He provided a work-done report for the same.

Fridge does not cool properly

Even after repeated complaints, whirlpool service has not responded and not fixed the problem. They had serviced the refrigerator for the same problem (not cooling, needs compressor gas filled) around 8-9 months ago and charged me Rs. 2500.00.
