I went to buy a Whirlpool fridge from Manoj Electronics Ltd, 8-Netaji Subhash Marg, Location - Darya Ganj, Delhi-110002 on 12th JAN 2008.
The fridge I selected was F-30DX-Graphite
The model was not available at that time .And they promised to deliver me the fridge within 2 days. So I paid Rs 4000 as token money on 12th JAN 2008 and the remaining Rs12900 was decided to be paid by me on delivery. They gave me a Invoice number A: 5083.

As I waited for the fridge, I was informed that due to non availability of color it will be delivered to me within next 15 days.
On 30th Jan, on calling the dealer I was again told that the fridge will be delivered to me on 5th Feb. But there was no sign of the fridge on the said date.
After so much frustration I called Manoj Electronics and told them to refund my money and told them that I can't wait any longer as my old fridge was not working at all.
They paid no attention to my calls and again on 17th Feb I called them and they promised to deliver the fridge next day.

Till then a scheme was started by Whirlpool fridge on 15th Feb 2008 which stated assured gifts, air tickets for 2 and a scratch card gift for all those who bought the fridge between 15th Feb 2008 -31st March 2008.
The fridge was delivered to me on 20th Feb 2008 after a threat to the dealer from my side that I will go to consumer court.
On delivery of fridge on 20th Feb 2008, asking about the gifts they told me that the fridge was delivered to me on 20th Feb but token money and invoice was prepared on 12 th Jan, so I am not eligible for the gifts.
I felt cheated ‘cos I think they knew previously about the scheme and that’s the reason they made me wait so long.

Moreover the fridge I received was not having the company logo and the legs of it are a little crooked.
On delivery of the refrigerator, I told them that I am not accepting the fridge as it didn't have the logo .They informed me that Whirlpool service engineer will paste a new logo for me and I have to buy a trolley worth 1400 Rs to make the legs straight.
Nothing has been done by Whirlpool Service engineer till date.
I really feel I have done a big mistake by buying the fridge from MANOJ ELECTRONICS, NEW DELHI.
They are a big crooks and frauds.
They irritate there customers and cheat them.

Please see to it and help me get my gifts and teach those frauds a good lesson

whirlpool/refrigerator — nothing is being done

our refrigerator had already bean replaced but this one is also having a defect in it ... the door does not close completely ... we have talked to the dealer also but nothing is being done the say that they have forward our complaint but it has been three to four months but nothing is done ...

    We had purchased a Whirlpool Double Door Refrigerator (Iceberg 340 Steel) on August 11, 2007 from M/s TV House, 25, Main Market, Kingsway Camp, Delhi 110007. The piece supplied to us was defective. This was brought to the notice of the Company, whose person came and inspected the machine and accepted that the fridge needs to replaced. The replacement came after about 40 days after innumerable reminders. As the temperature outside starting increasing by March 10, 2008, we discovered that food items kept in the fridge are getting stale because of inefficient cooling. Complaint was lodged to the service centre of the company on 18th March. A service person came and told that the defect was in switch which had been rectified. However, as the problem persisted, we again got in touch with the company. Again another service engineer came and told the the problem is with the vent which gets clogged due to a manufacturing defect. He promised he would get the parts to be replaced and would set the fridge right by 21st evening. The fridge is still lying switched off since than. In between, we have made numerous calls to the company. Last response from the company was on friday, 28th March. The person on the line told that in a week's time a team from Quality Control of the company would visit our residence and after inspecting would decide further action.

    From the above detailed account of our experience, anybody can make out the callous attitude and befooling tactics of the company. How can one beleive that a simple machine like a fridge requires so much deliberations for deciding the fault? My request is either company should replace the machine with a working model of similar type or should refund me the cost of the fridge along with compensation for the amount of time wasted by us in pursuring our complaints and the mental stress to which we have been put to in this process.

    Whirlpool/ Iceberg refrigerator — Poor Make Quality and Service

    My father Mr U P Srivastava Purchased a Whirlpool 310 litre Iceberg refrigerator on 26/12/2005 for Rs 17990/- from air care engineer, Llal Bagh, Lucknow. Ever Since purchase the refrigerator has been a source of problem rather than be an asset. Immidiately after purchase there was a problem in the cooling system and water had started coming out. After a lot of persuing company representative finally repaired the fault. Of late the outer casing of freezer door has suddenly caved inwards without any external pressure/ shock. After lodging complaint with the call centre and giving the cmplete details of the fault, all that was done was that a service engineer turned up, charged about Rs 300/- (as visiting charges) and simply noted the defect. He added that the complete door of the freezer costing over Rs 3000/- would have to be replaced.

    It is indeed pathetic state of affairs that a reputed brand such as Whirlpool provides such appliances having poor build quality. Quite a lot of effort and money has already been spent on an appliance that is supposed to ease household functioning. It would be appreciated if the Company goes beyond the terms and conditions of Warranty and does the needful to rectify self devloping faults in the appliance.

    It pain me to see my parents troubled with the fridge when ever I come to Lucknow on leave.

    Whirlpool/ Fridge — Poor after sales service

    We had purchased a fridge last October considering Whirlpool not only the best but also best in after sales services also.
    This May end the fridge door had started getting heated up and the door gasket got loosened. I lodged a complaint regarding this at Chd call centre on 01/06/2009 they gave me complaint number CH[protected] . But to my surprise no one has turned up since then. I have called the call centre at least 6 after that, every time they say matter has been referred to Head Office and they personally shall highlight the matter. They gave a landline number which no one picks up at calling.
    My friends have feeling about Whirlpool that they pass the warranty period like this only.
    I am writing to you as my last hope. I had mentioned the complaint number CH[protected] . We never had ever thought of such bad after sales services. This fridge I had bought for my parents, now I have a buy a new fridge for my use at my job place, and with much regrets I say that surely I may not go for Whirlpool.
    I hope you shall take up this matter seriously

    Whirlpool — Manufacturing - Poor Quality

    This is to complaint abount the quality Whirlpool Product.

    I have purchased Whirlpool Doubledoor Fridge of 250 Ltrs on 15/07/09. The product stop colling in 20 days only. On complaining to customer care, executive came & said Gas has been chowked. I was shocked about the quality. I called up Service Centre & discussed on this. According to them, their senior engineer will came & will check again, Till now nobody have visited again.

    CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE FOR SENIOR ENGINEER TO COME.

    Whirlpool — Poor quality and service

    I feel i did a blunder mistake by purchasing a refigerator from Whilpool, i wanted to change my refrigerator in the month of Novmber 2009, i thought Whirlpool is multinational company and thier quality may be better than other companies and i bought the fridge, with 3 months after the purchase fridge stopped working, i gave complaint to their service centre, they cooly responded after 3 days, that too after serveral requests over phone and filled GAS, exatcly after three months, Fridge again stopped working, i gave a complaint to their service centre, the response was similar, this time they took 4 days to repair, now after 3 months after the last repair, Fridge stopped working, i gave a complaint yesterday and asked them to replace the unit as it is coming for repair every now and than, may because of the poor quality.

    The company should undaerstand few things,

    1. Fridge( Refrigerator) has become very essential house hold item, when a complaint is registered, it should be addreesed immdiately as food items are perishable
    2. When you get complaints of repir frequently, they replace the unit instead of repairing, since it is connected with their reputation and customer satisfaction.

    I suggest, think twice before going for WHIRLPOOL brands.

      Complaint no 8859, dtd 21st feb, no responce as on date. As on date given 4-5 reminders on toll free no. but still no body has visited our house. The service engineer give a feed bk to the company that the house was locked. The same is not true as our mother( A house wife) always remain in the house.
      From the day one ( oct 07) we are not satisfied with the working of the machine i.e the quality of washing is not good. The service enggr sold us a costly washing powder by saying that the it will solve our problem but it remain same. He promised a lot but none of them got filled up.
      We request the company to take it bk and refund our money. I feel no body is thare to look for the complaint. This is the worst company I hd ever delt with. I feel I hv got cheated. I request others to not to purchased any product of the company.

      sir,
      i have brought a fully automatic wirlpool H56 washing machine in surat. every month i have to call the service engineer for some problem and i have to wait for weeks to solve my problems. presently my washing machine had a thermostat problem and they took it to the service center , even after 15-days of continious follow ups and requests i m not getting any response. my complain no. is AH-[protected] dated[protected]. what should i do now ? , please help me.

      After one year machine is giving us lot of trouble like it caught fire two times while working
      till date and its important parts got damage,after complain they took 6days to repair the washing machine,i spend my hard earn money
      to purchase this machine for my comfort,but we felt a lot o[censored]ncomfort
      by useing this machine,delaer response is very very poor he refuse me
      to give any kind of help by saying his work only to sale the washing

        Sub: - Complaint / Charge against Whirlpool India Ltd.

        I purchased 2 Air conditioners 150 Ei and a refrigerator 350 L from Whirlpool Authorized dealer M/s City Audio Vision (P) Ltd. on 11th June 2003 for Rs. 64,700.00 .( copy of bill enclosed ). The same was paid to the Dealer vide pay order no 182179 dt 10th June 2003 payable at Bank of America Connaught place.

        Sequence of events:-

        On Feb 27th 2008 I lodged a complaint with the Whirlpool call centre no +[protected] regarding my refrigerator. The problem was that the refrigerator was not working and there was no cooling in Freezer and the main cabinet.

        On 28th Engineer visited my residence and recommended that they will need to change the compressor gas to rectify problem.

        On 29th he visited again at our residence with the gas kit , opens the compressor and tried to rectify the problem however was not able to rectify the problem and suggested that they will need to take the refrigerator to workshop as there is a blockage in the pipe which needs to be cleaned with nitrogen.


        Despite continuous reminders the refrigerator was ultimately lifted from our house on 3nd March 2008 for the repairs with the commitment that the repaired refrigerator will be replaced within 3 working days. I was continuously following up with the Call centre however they were not able to deliver the refrigerator until 8th March 2008. On delivery I paid Rs 1230 for the repairs although my refrigerator is still under warranty.

        During this period I had spoken to no of Whirlpool executives including Vikram and Gurpreet from the Home Care Centre..


        To my surprise when the refrigerator was returned back at my residence, I noticed that the base of the refrigerator freezer has been burnt while doing some welding in the process of repairing the refrigerator and the clip of the back tray has been broken and on top of it the refrigerator is not working at all. I called up on no +[protected], and logged the complaint again. I spoke to Gurpreet and he gave me assurance that some senior will give me a call and give me the full details and a Service Engineer will visit my home within 2 hours. Neither I have received any call from any senior nor did any Service Engineer visit my residence.


        I now and totally dissatisfied with service and given the mal intentions of cheating I request yourself to register the case and charge the Whirlpool India under Consumer Protection Act 1986.

        Claim:-

        Replacement of my refrigerator with new one as the base of the Freezer has been burnt and is nor repairable.

        Compensations of Rs 50,000.00 for the mental trauma and the stress I and my family had gone through the whole week, My old aged mother who is suffering from Herpis at this point on time and for that matter my whole family had to live without refrigerator for a week in these scorching summers.


        Request your good self for the speedy redressal of the dispute.

        I find companies paying scant respect to the complaints registered. I have a problem with washing machine now. I bought a washing machine WM Splash Light Grey, Serial No: INB[protected], model No: 10437 on 16/2/2008. On 24/3/2008 it developed problem with scraping noise from the bottom.

        A person attended on 25/3/2008 and said a part has to be replaced. Till now there is no sign of him. I have called call centre on 26th and today 3 times. They assure to send somebody within so many hours but nobody turns up. I was even informed by the call center person that one of their service engineers had reported that they come on 25th. But we are very sure that nobody has visited us after the first visit. What surprises me is that how can a machine stop working within a month.

        Their service is very poor.
        I am narrating below my experience with the Whirlpool and its refrigerator. As anybody can make out that my experience is worst than that of Mr. Koul, as I have been having problems with the fridge right from the beginning and had to manage without fridge for about 40 days after its purchase on August 11, 2007 and now for 12 (don't how many more) days. I suggest that my complaint too be appended with Mr Kuldeep Koul's Complaint to the Consumer Court.

        I am an aggrieved senior citizen regarding tarnished service from the Whirlpool India.

        I am using Whirlpool Whitemagic Hot wash under AMC for past some years.

        My complaint regarding non functional heater vide serial 7791 on the 24 Nov 08 is yet to be solved, instead the so called engineer from Dehradun Chawla Electronics has left evn the PCB useless and the machine is standing non functional for last one month.

        I don't know what to do? Mr Chawla has yet to takee some positive action. His number is [protected], please someone from Whirlpool call him up and request him to do the needful.

        Whirlpool — No service for 350 Ltr refrigerator from 3 months

        we are very much upset for last 2 months... our refrigerator is not giving cooling at all...

        Engineer visit... after 4 days & then he is not able to find the fault.

        we are very much upset... such a poor quality of engineers are hired by the 'WHIRLPOOL FARIDABAD AGENCY' THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CONCLUDE WHAT FAULT IS...

        POOR SERVICE POOR COORDINATION BY FARIDABAD SERVICE CENTRE.

        Dear sir,

        Thank you for the visit from your Calicut Service Centre.

        The service personnel was not very helpful in resolving the issue, his response to our query were not specific and answers very vague, he was trying to avoid the job, and not understanding crux issue

        The issue is the refrigerator has got rust,

        We had purchased a whirlpool model 1210-220lt in 1997, we had opted for anti rust package offered by Whirlpool at that time and we had paid for a 5 year term ( Receipt available) and renewed the same for a period another 5 years and subsequently Whirlpool came up with Home care Plan

        Product No : CO/P/0907/44726 purchased on Sept 19, 2007 and we availed of availed Home care Plan Registration NF-0810-24m Plan code No. 1023171 . We were told that the Home care Plan overides all previous plan and rust coverage is also covered in the plan.

        As per the plan Whirlpool service had to visit us for preventive maintenance on the following dates : 19/3/2008; 15/9/2008; 14/3/2009; and one for 10/9/2009; because of lack of support from Whirlpool service or Homecare the refrigerator has developed rust on the door and the frame .

        The visit on Friday ie July 31st was the first visit under the plan

        Your Calicut Service Centre, is one of the most Customer Unfriendly centre that i have across, they are not bothered about customer query, and well the moto seems if it is old model avoid all services at any cost.

        I request you to sent your Service Manager for the region, to look into the issue and advise accordingly

        We had purchased a whirlpool model 1210-220lt
        Product No : CO/P/0907/44726 purchased on Sept 19, 2007

        We had availed Home care Plan Registration NF-0810-24m Plan code No. 1023171

        As per the plan whirlpool service had to visit us for preventive maintenance on the following dates : 19/3/2008; 15/9/2008; 14/3/2009; and one for 10/9/2009; because of lack of support from Whirlpool service or Homecare the refrigerator has developed rust on the door and the frame .

        We regret to inform you that in spite of our calls and visit to your Calicut Service office, no one turned up for any maintenance work, also we had requested or certain parts on the refrigerator door, which was not made available despite assurance. Now we understand that we have been sold an obsolete model in 2007, the reason for service centre not to take up the maintenance of this model.

        We request you to kindly replace the rusty refrigerator at the earliest or we will be compelled to file a case against whirlpool at consumer forum.

        Looking forward to a favourable action from your side.

            I have the honour to remind you that a whirlpool refrigerator of model no. F-23 DX steel was purchased from MANGLA ELECTRONICS with vide cash memo no. 444 dated 11th June 2005.
            You assured me about its functioning and praise-worthly quality. That's why we purchased it.
            Having used the refrigerator about two months, i find that the freezing section is not working at all in summer days. we complained under the IMPULZ HOME CARE SERVICES. And after this we have complained three times but no result found. Now we have totally dum refrigerator.
            Hopfully you will be take imediately favourable action.

              I purchrge a whirlpool refrigerator of 250 liters (model Elite ice megic) eloctronic from Mastana Appilances Sector-16, Gandhinagar bill no 15112 dt.02/12/2003. My cliant ID no 1814710, In 4-year I register my complain in yr company by phone to..[protected] pl check.I taken a conract for services.Due to contract company has replced (in warranty)

              new compressor in last year n replaced circuit board 3-times ..Till now my freez is not working

                I accepted their offer for ANNUL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT for two years and paid Rs 1560/ and their bill No 372 dt 12 Jan 2008
                of the contract refers.
                I have been trying to get my Refrigerator problem fixed & done up, for the last 15 days and each time i contacted them , they say that they would send the team for rectifying and no one turns up. They are trying to evade the customers and they disregard the commitment undertaken by them.

                  Whirlpool White Magic 5.5 kg washine machine was bought inDecember 1999. During the warranty period some minor faults occured and they were got rectified by service personnel.

                  In July 2007, as loud noice was heard while washing, contacted the service centre and they said, Main PCB is faulty and replaced it, by paying Rs 3500/- InOctober 2007, water was not draining properly, and all the accessories - drum, bearing, hub, were replaced at a cost of Rs 4000/-.

                  Now, again the very same condition repeats, water is coming as drop by drop eventhough overhead tank is full. Even after washing is started, water dripping is not stopping.After rinse and spin too, water is entering to the drum so that we have to drain it again manually.

                  When contacted the service people, they are of opinion that water inlet may be faultt. What to do? How can one bear the recurring expenditure?

                  The dealer's approach too is not good. How can we scrap this after spending Rs 7500/- recently? Please suggest a solution.

                      I had purchased this washing machine in October 2006. There have been a number of small complaints which have been registered and the company representatives come at their leisure and attend to them. The belief of good service was the basis for buying the washing machine from Whirlpool. But this hope was belied and I found the product and the service rendered below par. This washing machine had a manufacturing defect of wrong balancing and as such it used to jump while spinning. Incidentally the jumping washing machine had broken the wash basin besides it. I had to bear an additional expenditure of replacement of washbasin. Because of this defect, we stopped using the washing machine. When I brought this to the notice of the company, they always attempted to provide quickfix solutions and never attempted at solving the problem completely. Instead the engineer suggested that we should go in for an extended warranty paying up extra because these problems are likely to recur. What sort of warranty does whirlpool give when they cannot sort out a manufacturing defect and replace the washing machine? The response of the company is appalling. An engineer had come to attend to the complaint and he had decided that another mechanic will come and attend to it. Iam sure that the solution will be a quickfix and not a permanent solution. I would request the company officials to replace the washing machine failing which I may be forced to seek legal recourse. My complaint No: HD11002050.

                      Wow that sounds terrible. Contact them via postal mail at their Whirlpool India head corporation office (you probably can get the address from an employee or on their website). You should write your complaint in writing to them, explaining what has happened, the defect about your washer, that the people cannot fix the defect and will not replace it with a similar washer.

                      My problem also similar, I bought H65 machine in March 2006, never this problem solved by service engineers. The service engineers are not from whirlpool, rather they are from contract company engineers.

                        With Great belief and Brand Value I have purchased Whirlpool Fully Automatic- Frontloaded 6.5 kgs -Sensation Elite Washing Machine on the above mentioned date.

                        After two months the Machine started giving trouble.

                        When I made a complaint more than 10 times, the service engineer came and repaired it charging rs 500/- in spite of warranty.

                        Immediately after two days the, machine started giving troubles again.

                        Again I made a good number of complaints, the Service Engineer turned up and examined the machine and said the Machine itself is defective.

                        I reported the same to the service people and sort for the replacement of the machine.

                        In spite of my repeated requests there is no response thus causing a lot of inconvenience and mental agony to my family and me.

                        I request an early redressal for my grievance

                          I, Sumit Mehrotra (Phone Number: +91 [protected]; address: B5-202, L&T, South City, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-560076) had purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine (Splash) on 16th Dec 2007 from VGP Ltd, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore branch. But it never worked. The engineer Mr Kashif from Whirlpool Service Centre installed the machine. When we told him that we are unable to use the machine, he visited again and told that its water sensor was not working and that the machine needs to be replaced. His supervisor Dennis also checked it and told the same & advised it would be replaced latest by 3rd Jan 2008. But till date nothing has done. Kindly help urgently.

                                Till date there is not any solution given to me.

                                The engineer visited yesterday informed us that cloths get affixed between drum & water tank can only be removed by dismanteling drum from machine.

                                This happend due to fixing of a wrong part in my machine. In this way you are just increasing my problem instead giving any solution.

                                It is final reminder to you to provide an immediate solution.

                                Since it looks to us that you are not in a position to get my machine is not properly repaired, I would like to get my machine replaced with at least one year warranty as per your previous proposal.

                                My washing machine became defective in half of its life span as per your co.'s prediction. Unfortunately spares are not available with you.

                                A new washing machine with same features is available in the market for Rs. 15000.00 Is it right to pay Rs. 9800 for a whirlpool equipment which carries no warranty & may be in future spares would not be available. In that case this my Rs. 9800 would be a waste. I would like to buy a new washing machine a whirlpool or a non whirlpool product for Rs. 11000.00 under exchange with full warranty.

                                I have already paid Rs. 400 to your service centre for not getting any service but just to know that spares are not available with you.

                                Your product could not performed as per your expected life span. You are a manufacturer you if can't repair the machine who will repair it or I will prefer to buy

                                Therefore

                                either get my machine repaired
                                or give atleast one year warranty on replacement unit
                                or deduct only Rs. 4000/- as deprecation @ Rs. 1000/- p.a.

                                Whirlool Washing Machine — No proper service for 14 days

                                We had purchased a washing machine in Nov., 2007.There was problem in the machine on 03.08.2009. We called the dealer and he assured us that he will arrange to send the service person from the service centre.Then we called the local service centre on 4th August and we were told that the compalint can only be taken through the toll free number and locally they can not entertain any complaint.We called the toll free number We were given a good response and we were happy that the machine would be repaired next day. However to our surprise the service person only came in on 7th of August late in the evening. He said that there is a problem in the valve and he will replace it the next day. A new person came on 8th of August again late in the evening. He replaced the valve but the problem was not solved.He said the PCB ius not working and he will have to replace the PCB which is possible on Monday ie. 09.08.2009. We requesed him to please help us on Sunday and he said he will try. However nothing has been done till date. Surprising that a such a company maintains a service centre but does not maintain inventory of spares and even can not arrange to supply the part in 15 days to its service centre. We have even faxed a letter to the MD of the company but in vain.We still are at the mercy of the serice centre and the company's part supplying store.
                                I bought a refrizerator from SANGEETA from Patna dt 13.03.2010 but key not given to us..The front side of the said refrizerator is scratch looking very badly.The model is elite.

                                Pls look into the matter.

                                  I have purchased a washing machine on[protected]. Since it was working well after the guarantee period, the company compelled me put the machine under Home Care Plan(Rs. 1820/- for two years). After a long hesitation I’m agreed. I think the company will care for the spare parts that are to be replaced during the HCP period[protected] to[protected]. But the company technician doesn’t change any spare parts with free of cost. They charged for every replacements and only the visiting charges (Rs. 280/-) was not billed. During the HCP period the formal visit of the company staff is 4 visit. In my memory they weren’t attend the machine that much visit. Even they were not cleaning properly and only in the aim of selling company made products such as cleaning powder and hose tube etc. there are many calls to me from the call centre to exchange old machine buy a new Whirlpool products. I have such a bitter experience with whirlpool.

                                  This is about Whirlpool Service, i have a whirlpool washing machine at home. Recently this machine developed some problem. I have called the service center to have a look at this issue. We had a service personnel who came in promptly to my place. He had diagonised the issue as a faulty bearing. However as the spare parts are not available the repair has still not be carried out. Since last 1 month i have been facing this issue.

                                  FYI, the machine is still in warrantly.And whenever i callup the whirlpool service center they say you case has been escalated, it is being tracked. This is the sorry state of affair.

                                  When whirlpool cannot provide service then i feel they do not have any right to sell their products in India.
                                  Infact i would say, please ban all the products of whirlpool from being sold in India.

                                  I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine (Splash mode No.12679) I have paid Rs.11200/- I have paid Rs.11200/-. Serial No INF[protected], on 28Th /o8/2011, from Darsana Traders, Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala . When I brought the machine home and the service mechanic installed it, on the day itself. When power was on, a loud sound came from it. After inspection the service mechanic found that the washing machine was faulty one . So, he recommended to issue new one and installed it . The Model No. of the same is 12679, and SL No .INB[protected].
                                  The new washing machine hardly worked for one year, then stopped working. I call the service mechanic and he inspected the same. He said that, the Circuit Board of the washing machine was gone. The Circuit Board replaced by the service mechanic.
                                  On 10/04/2015 the washing machine stopped during working. I called your service mechanic, he inspected the washing machine and found that the Circuit Board, the gear and the bearing systems of the machine are not working .They must be replaced. It will costs Rs.4850/- and he also said that, they must be replaced by my own cost.
                                  1. Since the washing machine had fatal defects, on the day of purchase,
                                  2.The washing machine itself had to replace on the day of purchase 28/08/2011, after the installation .
                                  3. After one year, the Circuit Board had gone and it wanted replaced.
                                  4. Again one year after, on 10/04 /2015/ the replaced Circuit Board, Bearing System and Gear System are fatally damaged.
                                  The cause of the defects of the machine and the spares is due to your poor manufacture ship. . So, you are the lone person responsible for all, above said, losses and miseries. As per your condition, the warranty period is over. So, It is a perfect cheat, I used the machine in rare times.Rs.11200/- is not a small amount to me. You have the responsibility to replace the washing machine, in free of cost. You had not complied it, till the date .
                                  I had already suffered very lot of pain, insults, mental agony and monitory losses. Your machine is the cause of them. You are the person responsible for them. I was suffered very lot by your washing machine, Whirl Pool Splash Model 12679. The washing machine was not replaced by you. It is informed you that, I am failing a suite in the Court of Consumer Protection, Kollam, Kerala, within 40 days.

Then he called to Mr. NANDKISHORE (Maybe Employee of Whirlpool), but he didn't get any reply and Mr. Nandkishore taken my phone No from Mehta Sales. But till date I haven't received any call from him / Whirlpool / Service Centre.
                                      Please ask the concern authority to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Subject : Regarding Stabilizer for Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator 200 ltrs.


                                      I have purchased Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator 200 ltrs from Jainsons, Tambaram. I was not informed by the dealer that stabilizer is required even after i have specifically asked them. Its clearly mentioned in the refrigerator that "NO STABILIZER REQUIRED". When the Whirlpool technician came for demo he said us that stabilizer is needed for the refrigerator and he says it is must. I dont understand why they have pasted a sticker mentioning "NO STABILIZER REQUIRED". I feel i have been cheated by both dealer as well as the whirlpool company. I feel i have made a wrong decision without knowing the real fact. I have been insisted to purchase a new stabilizer for it. If it is definitely required why dont they provide it along with the refrigerator.

                                        Since beginning it is creating problem of not cooling, for that I have complained for the first time to S.B.Refridgerator works on dated 05/10/2004 and they had replaced the Compressor. Again on dated 07/04/05 it was created the same problem then I complained to the same person and they changed the gas. Now again at this time this is once again creating the same problem since 17/11/07 and I have complained for this the engineer came and inspected this and telling that its relay is out of order and will be replaced then compressor is to be checked Now, I want that the Compressor should be changed since it is regularly creating the problems.

                                        I would like to state that I have purchased a new Refrigerator of Whirlpool Company from Modern Electric Store,Roorkee-Uttarakhand on dt.04/02/2007 against invoice no.INC[protected] model No. 10107.
                                        Now presently this is out of order and I have already complained for this.
                                        Just after two months of purchase it is creating problem of not cooling, for that I have complained for the first time to whirlpool service center,Roorkee on dated 20/04/07(complaint no. 123) which comes out with no responce Again we've complained on 28/04/2007(complaint no. 184) and they changed the compressor. Once again on dated 30/04/07 it created the same problem for which they said that the compressor has been changed and it will take 3-4 days to maintain the temperature.since then we have placed five more complaints viz.(complaint on 24/05/07, 21/06/07, 15/09/07, 20/09/07, 22/09/07)everytime the service engineer keep on satisfying us by one way or the other such as "the relay is out of order","place the refrigerator in an open area","the compressor needs refilling",etc.

                                        You are kindly requested to look into the matter and give me the permanent solution of this regularly arising problem by replacing the refrigerator before the warranty expires. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

                                        Some six years back I felt very prowd to buy a fully autometic washing machine of Europa make here in bhubaneswar. After having used the machine for six months I went abroad to live there for two yeras leaving the machine unused with my parents. Even the servicing centre returned the machine back to during their annual audit stating that they will get that done in seven days time. Now I don't see any profitable proposition even if the company decides to buy the machine back. Because of no fault of mine the machine is laying dead for the last 5 years and in the process the machine has lost its value through depriciation. So the machine that I purchased by paying 18, 500 was functionally worth for six months. This is not expected from a world leader like Whirlpool. Please help me in this connection.

                                        Whirlpool Washing Machine — Delay in attending to complaint

                                        I logged a complaint regarding drain error for my washing machine on 25th april 09, and i was assured that it would be attended to before 5 pm. At six when i contacted customer care, i was told that it would be done by 8 the same night. and no one turned up, not even a call from the customer service engineer to keep hopes alive. When i called on sunday morning, i was asked if the engr had given a call, and assured that the complaint would be attended to by noon. the " by noon" came at 12:30, when i got a call from the engr asking if he could come in by 1 pm. i replied in the affirmative, still happy and consoled that at least someone finally did call. At 1:30 pm when no one turned up, i called back on the number from which the call had come in.. only to be asked if i was calling from an address WHICH WAS NOT MINE.. and was calling regarding a REFRIGERATOR DEMONSTRATION!!!

                                        it is 2:10 p.m. as i type this complaint. My grievance has not been address till now, and the customer care number says i can speak to the home care division tomorrow regardign the same!!!

                                        Hi... I own a Whirlpool W/M, fully automatic, under AMC with Whirlpool .
                                        The machine is out of order for the past week, complaint was lodged with the company (complaint no MB[protected]) inspite of regular followup with the company on[protected] nobody has attended to the complaint.
                                        Every time we call up we are assured that they are sending someone shortly / urgently, but till date these promises are not being followed up with action by the company.

After that again i lodged the complaint on 10-08-09,(complain no JP[protected]), service person came and said UCB is faulty and changed it after about 20-22 days that too after reminding again on 29-08-09 complain no JP[protected]) , the day he changed the UCB another service man was accompanying him and said DRAIN PUMP is faulty he also said these types of problem are there in machines from the starting.and changed it on 07-09-09 but when i used machine on 12-09-09, problem is still there. he also sold us AMC. I again lodged a complaint (JP[protected]) on 12-09-09 and it is yet to be answered. i was given assurance of visit by senior engineer positively by Monday 14-09-09 but till date no one turned up. i agin lodged a complaint on but no one turned yet. i think whirlpool's mechanics are not trained ones. they just delay solving the problem to kill time so that warranty period should over.they just sell a few things to customers rather than solving the problems. my machine is giving this problem from AUG2008 and it was well within warranty and now i want a new machine and no less.

                                        i have bought a fully automatic washing machine of whirpool this june and from the day 1 it has some or the other problem when the machine was shipped to us it was not having the base cover for which we have made number of complaint but not yet received other thing is now the agitator is rotating only one side and it has a vibration problem we launched a complaint with the service team on 15 october and the technician came to our place on 18, he said that there is a PCB problem which is to be replaced and it will be done tomorrow ie 19 but no one came than we shouted on the customer care team and than on 20 another tech came and he also says the same thing ie it is having a PCB problem and it will be change tomorrow ie 21 this time i took it in writing with the tech that it will be done on 21 which he agreed i also have the photocopy of the written agreement. but the day has finished and no one came at our place.

First and foremost no phone call on whther a person is coming or not. Call centre service is very very poor. This is gauged based on service centre response. Service centre are virtually un friendly towards customer. Company can think of disqualifying the centre.

                                        Whirlpool Washing Machine — Negligence and improper service

                                        Hello,

                                        We had purchased Whirlpool Washing machine Front loading (Sensation Elite) 6.5 KG in March/April 2007 in Chennai. Last month (Feb 2010), the machine stopped working. The machine was showing DLE. The user manual said that I should be contacting the Service Center and I did the same. The person inspected said that panels have to be replaced and gave a frightening quote of Rs. 6,000/-. We were not convinced that boards could be damaged as we have Tripper installed in our house. The second person also confirmed the same and we had to go for the replacement. After replacement is done, we requested him that he waits till one load of clothes is washed to ensure that the problem is fixed. He did the same and during the spin cycle, the machine produced unusually big nose. The engineer informed us that it would take up to 10-15 days to set and he left. The above were witnessed by my family members and when I switched it on the next day, it was totally unacceptable to me. I again insisted the service center to send their service persons. They again sent them in a few days and the service person informed after inspecting that the Drum has issues and might require replacement. He further said that he would contact the service center and inform us. This came as a surprise to me. Even after a weeks time, we did not hear anything from them, in spite of our repeated phone calls. Every time I called them up, they said that a senior person would be contacting us the same day and nothing happened so far. I am feeling humiliated about this kind of negligence and reluctance.

                                        The following questions remain unanswered.
                                        1. How is it possible for all the items to be damaged at the same time?
                                        2. Why did the service engineer say that it would take 10-15 days to set and then the sound will be reduced?
                                        3. Why spare parts cost is so heavy (if not equal to the cost of washing machine)
                                        4. Why are the service centers reluctant to answer our questions?
                                        5. How does Whirlpool expect to survive in the market after having dissatisfied customers like this?

                                        I am very much frustrated by the above happenings and the result is this complaint.

                                        I have lost hope in Whirlpool Customer service in giving a resolution for this and I hope I will get a smooth resolution to this through this forum.

                                        I bought Whirlpool Washing Machine - Professional 5.5kg (Front Loading) on 15/09/2008 in Jainsons Electronics in Coimbatore for the cost of Rs. 16300/-. But from day one onwards there is no proper well trained service engineers. Proper DEMO has not given even after several request. After that i got transfer and shifted to Visakhapatnam in Aug- 2010. While machine is in spin there will be vibration with huge noise in Nov - 2010, immediately i registered complaint in Customer Care in the third week of same month, then service engineer came and checked machine and said need to change Drum, i asked for the price of Drum, he said he will let me know in 1 or 2 days but no response from him i called him back he said will come in 1 hour, still no response for almost 20 days. Than again on 09/12/2010 i called Customer Care and told about all these things, after that anoyher person came for service and told the same, after that also no response. I went directly to Service Centre and informed about this, they said that they will send senior person to find out the actual problem, person named Mr. Anil came and said the same to change the Drum were it costs around Rs. 2500 to 3000. After that also they dint get me the Drum for another 15 days. finally on 27th Dec 2010 they called and said Drum costs around Rs. 5500/-, i was shocked because that to for Drum they are charging that much. I am not affordable to pay that much for Drum every 2 years, I dont think so that they are not bothered about of Quality, think of that Drum life is only for 2 years, than it is more expensive to change this Drum everythime for this cost. I suggest everyone to go for some indian brand. That to the person who came for changing Drum is asking to pay Rs. 6000/- for drum. I think they dont even have fixed price for their products. No proper computerised bill for their parts and service. Only i am seeing Rust formation in Whirlpool Washing Machine in 2 years of period, this shows the quality of product.

                                        We had purchased a Washing Machine (Whirlphool Brand) from Reliance Digital, Vashi, Near Railway Station, Navi Mumbai, 0n 25th December 2010. It was not functioning properly and we called the Technician through service centre. The Technician came a repaired & said the timer will be replaced, but he damaged the water inlet pipe (Internal).                                         My complain no.kl [protected] dated 30/7/2011 was attended by a person from penguine service Kolkata and inform us that there was some problem with the pulley and it will cost near about Rs.350.But he changed the circuit board amounting to Rs.3350.vide receipt no.6577 dated 5.8.2011.But my problem remained the same.Then we made another complain on 8/8/2011 complain no.kl [protected] the same person came and checked the machine and found that the problem remained the same.
                                        From his point of view we come to know that under pressure from his employer he has changed that costly part,or he is getting some commission for changing that costly part.so got that board checked in the market and found it to be OK.
                                        He is just cheating us since they have not got the pulley and changed a part of Rs.3350.
                                        I want this board to be refunded and the pulley be changed and access money be refunded back to us.
                                        please treat the matter as most urgent.

                                        Whirlpool - Washing Machine — Worst service and product

                                        I have Whirlpool washing machine. I bought this machine in Jalgaon. Purchase date was 26/05/2008. I called up whirlpool call centre on [protected] on the same day and lodged a complaint with complaint number[protected] and 2nd complaint no Pn [protected] and model is WM SPARKLE STEEL INB[protected], Model No is 10446

                                        Since May 2009 I have had repeated problems with this machine and the engineers come and fix one problem only to create another one.
                                        I have made countless calls on the last few months, each time they say they repair one part and spoil another.

                                        I am writing to say that I am extremely unhappy with the harassment your company has put me through Also each time they come they remove working parts from my machine which is the only reason why I have had trouble with so many parts.

                                        In this two year we called up your service centre many time but your service is not good. Your service centre person not doing proper work. They don't respond well, they don't follow up, they don't keep their customers well informed.

                                        Note: Whirpool service centre people not ready to give us complaint form no after coming home for repair washing machine and also not taking sign on complaint register form that they have came home for checking machine.

                                        After registering complaint customer care people give tat for 2 days but their person will come home after 3months after making countless calls.

                                        I WILL NOW BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AS I HAVE NO OTHER WAY OUT AND NOONE HAS SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN 6 MONTHS MY MACHINE HAS NOT WORKED. I WILL BE SUING FOR COMPENSATION FOR MONEY SPENT AND HARASSMENT CAUSED.

                                        I have purchased fully automatic m/c at the cost of 17000 in 2010 feb, with two yers warrenty. the machine not working on march 5, 2012, when i am asking the cus care they changed the pcb board and charged 5000 rs. whirlpool is the worst machine. dont purchase whirlpool machine.

                                        I have purchased a semi-automatic washing machine on 26th December 2010 and my machine was badly burnt due to some manufacturing defect on 22 march,2012 and on the same day i reported the incident to the service center after that a concerned person of whirlpool name Saroj
                                        Sahu contacted me and ask for some amount of depreciation to replace the machine as the machine is in warranty period i refused to pay any sort of depreciation amount. Hence after 1 month of interaction he told me that we are unable to do anything until unless you will not pay the depreciation amount after that I tried to talk to the area sales manager but the number provided by the autorized service center persons were not in service[protected],[protected]. Now I have no other option left to claim my washing machine in warranty. So sir/madam please do the needful to sort out this problem as soon as possible.

                                        I am gating problem in my washing dray er,which is not working form last 4 month.I complain 10 or more times in whirlpool customer care but they don't take any action.every times when ever i call him they told i will sole the problem within 2 or3 days but no one come to solve the problem.

                                        Whirlpool after sales service is very poor. They lure customers to by new machines and then don't provide spares saying the product has become obsolete. My washing machine was just 3 yrs old, just out of warranty. They now don't have spares for it. No point buying Whirlpool products. I am quite disappointed.
                                        I have purchased Whirlphool Washing machine fully Automatic White Magic Model 12203, sr.no. INF[protected] on 03.11.2010. Having 2 years warranty, within warranty, I had problems and the PCB failed and changed on free of cost, since under warranty.

                                        Next day after the warranty over ie. on 04.11.2012, again I faced the same Problem PE error, I have a lodged complaint on 05.11.2012 and understand that the PCB again failed and for the same the inspection charges are Rs. 285.00, PCB cost Rs.4300.00, which is unbeliveable and unbearable. I requested them to take the same under AMC, for that they said AMC charges will be Rs.3000.00 extra.

                                        All together, they asked me to pay for PCB + AMC charges about Rs.6000.00, which is half of the price of the new washing machine.

                                        I also understand that all the new Whirlphool fully Automatic washing machines are having the board (PCB) failure problem, which is being faced frequently. TO avoid the same the service centre suggesting us to enter in to AMC, which is Rs.3000.00 approx per year.

                                        Is this a solution for a failure model????

                                        Whirlphool has to take appropriate action to correct the failure and not overloading their failures on consumer.

                                        How can we, CONSUMER bear the cost for the failure model of Whirlphool???

                                        Very bad experience with Whirlpool washing machine. From the day one we are facing issue with this washing machine. And we have complained them to replace this faulty machine since the day one and whirlpool gave lame excuses and kept patching it. It works for 1 or 2 months and again broke down and finally this machine is down completely. I have registered a complaint with Hyd service center and Mr Vinod is handling the case. Repair guy told us that mother board is faulty and it needs to be replaced.
                                        And since no parts is available they wanted us to replace the machine.

                                        We have bought this machine under Emp scheme for 20, 300 Rs on 20/09/2011 its market value was 31000Rs. And now they are saying that some 6000 Rs they will deduct and I have buy a new machine and cannot use emp scheme on new machine. My machine cost is 31, 000+ as market value and I will be getting 14000 Aprox which is not even half of its value. I am feeling cheated and I think Mr Vinod is not providing me the correct information. Could you please help me and provide me what options I have under this circumstances.
                                        I had bought a washing machine in Jan'12 now this maching not wrking properly we noticed that the drayer machine notwrking then we lodge a complaint against dryier working.then after 11 days the service tech came and said that the instument will change the he came again 4 days and change the motor of drayier still the condition was not change since it has not resolved again we complaint that ser tech he came and told the timer instrument problem and it will also need to change


                                        Now we are still facing the problem it is very pathatic sitiuation are doing WPL service . the service is very pooor ..

                                        I have bought whirlpool Splash 600p washing machine from Saravana Stores T.nagar, Chennai dated[protected].But are using the machine in Bangalore, Exactly after 3 weeks we have found some problem with the machine making some noisy sound and water level indicator was not working which leads to water overflow from the machine.So we have raised a complaint to whirlpool customer care, they filed a complaint BG[protected] against this.After 2 days, a technician from whirlpool came changed the water level indicator after that it was working fine.But the problem again raised after 2 washes, So again i called to that technician named Mukunthan, he told that we will replace the machine with the new one, he asked for the Invoice copy.As requested we have sent the invoice copy to the supervisor named Madhu and his email id is [protected]@gmail.com and his contact number is [protected].After 2 days we got a cal from the mobile number [protected] mentioning that we will come after two days and replace the machine, but till now no one has come even we tried to contact them but none of them picking the call.

                                        Complaint has been registered under the name of Mr.Prabhu.And the technicians and Supervisors are from Bangalore.

                                        So You are kindly requested to look into the matter and give me the permanent solution of this regularly arising problem by replacing the Washing machine . Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.
