Dear team

I have raised my complaint on 28 march 2021 regarding AC cooling issues. Technician Mr Rizvaan visit for complaint & found Gas issue. After refilled the gas same issue persist in AC. Now technician is not able to resolve the issue & put handover. After that again call to customer care & care team suggest to visit the Sr. Engg. . After discussed with Sr. Engg. He said that compressor issue was found & suggest to replace. Now i have raised multiple mail to whirlpool but no action.I have also raised complain in consumer court.

    Refrigerator Cooling and making noise

    Technician Visit and Find PCB problem, he replaced and charges for it, but next day the problem were same, and after continue follow up not responded, so against file complaint in whirlpool customer care, and login complaint, but still not resolved from their side.

    Their technician doing just R&D with our Appliance....

      I want to highlight the fraud which is being done by whirlpool vendor or Whirlpool. i have paid full amount of AMC to whirlpool despite that services is not being provided to me. called whirlpool customer care several time. they have closed all the request without my consent and issue is not yet resolved. team is not changing the filters which are already expired and we are forced to drink dirty water.

        1st fridge was delivered in Mar 2020. That was delivered with dents in both doors.
        The replacement fridge (2nd- upgraded version) was delivered in September 2020. This also was delivered with fault. The side wall of the freezer was sweating from outside. This was attended various times by your technicians who gave brilliant logic of not to keep on sun light and not under fan and so on and so forth.
        With much difficulty and after many follow ups we got this fridge replaced on 17th November 2020.
        This too was delivered with damage on top of the fridge. We decided to return the fridge and not to get replaced one more time. From 22nd Dec it started giving wierd vibrating noise. This too was attended multiple times by your technicians.
        You said you would arrange for refund on 17th November. On 7th February 2021 (after 3 months) your office sent a person to collect a cancelled cheque - no idea why this was collected!!!
        Finally we got the cheque on 23rd March 2021 !!!
        This Cheque, on deposit, got bounced.

          Ref Whirlpool Complaint id - THA[protected].

          The new bottom freezer 325 ltrs fridge stopped cooling in less than 5 months of purchase. The engineer said it needs to be replaced. After 5 days of follow up and escalation, I was assured by Head Services that it will be replaced by 30th Mar.

          On 30th Mar, after complete day of phone calls to helpdesk, local service centre, in the evening I am told that "approval has been received" and it will take another 5 days to deliver a replacement.

          These days when you can get a new passport in 2 days, Whirlpool is taking 10 days just in approval, and that too after an email assurance for highest Company official for service.

          Can somebody look into this and address it or will it be done only by MD, Mr Vishal Bhola ?

                  Hi,

                  I have to lodge this complaint after because of getting continuous problems I have suffered with my Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine top load 11 kg bloom wash 360 degree.

                  I purchased the abovesaid brand new washing machine on 1st Jan 2017. Since the purchase I am struggling with this machine. I raised the fault in the beginning itself and the service was done on 5th of Feb.
                  Jobs sheets enclosed here with.

                  Similar issues kept on arising and whenever I raised those issues with the whirlpool team, they mentioned that company policy is to repair the faulty part if it’s in warranty and they will not replace.

                  They suggested me to go for the AMC and to be on the safer side, I also took AMC under warranty period only. (AMC card - My cheque dates and service details all are mentioned onto it. )

                  Recently I faced another issue on 26th Feb for which ticket was raised. Engineer visited on 27th Feb and advised us to replace the motor part.

                  On 3rd March they replaced motor mechanism and ball-bearings. Then engineer advised us to check the working by giving a trial wash.
                  I started the machine to wash clothes and after 20 mins machine started making abnormal noise. (I have made video of it, audio of the video captured the noise).

                  I again called up the service engineer immediately and informed him about the voice coming out of machine and he gave a lame answer by saying “it is normal sound”. Then I again called Whirlpool and requested senior engineer visit to resolve the issue.
                  Senior engineer visited and told us that one of motor screw wasn’t tighten properly. It opened while running the machine which completely damaged the motor.

                  After that I am continuously calling to service centre to get the updates on my machine motor replacement. Finally they mentioned that they don't have motor part available with them due to company ceased this model productivity.

                  When I raised this issue with the Whirlpool team they mentioned that they can only pay 40% of the machine value, because I had AMC.
                  However, I did mention that this damage is caused by the negligence of their service engineer, but they didn’t discuss anything about it.

                  When I continuously chased them they dropped me an email to refund only the 40% of the machine value.

                  I feel cheated and harassed!!
                  When I bought the machine they gave us 10 years warranty now they mention that motor is not available as it’s a 5 years old model.

                  My grievance is that since I had already taken the AMC and the damage was also caused by their engineer, why I have to bear the loss.

                  I have already struggled a lot with this machine since last 5 years from the day I bought this machine and now I am losing my hard earned money.


                  Kindly do the needful.

                    If company does not have spare parts then why u give 10years warranty?my washing machine compliant only powerbutton issue, but the enjaneer was changed pcb.not only one time.he changed 2times.functions are changed, gare problem was started.when I was call service center manager he told me spare parts are not available.30days was gone.but still pending.repete I called service center then she said adujust for pcb.how can we adujust for our item.we r purchase any item to comfortable not adujust.basic knowledge also they don't have.here compliant pending but

                      I bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in aug 2016.
                      It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
                      We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be Rs 472/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. and said the cost is around Rs 6500/-
                      Motor is having 10 years warranty still dont understand why they are charging half the cost of washing machine.

                        Hello Sir / Madam,

                        My fridge started malfunctioning in the month March 03, 2020 and complaint was lodged through my registered mobile no. and service person from M/s. Sri Venkateshwara Services, Domalguda, Hyderabad came to attend the problem and said that the Neo sensors, Neo V/I board and R. Carboard is not working properly and the same was replaced on 05.03.2020 and 17/03/2020 for that part Rs.2600/- + Rs.413/- visiting was charged and bill was given and stated that it will be valid for 03 months.

                        Within 02 days again there was a problem of ice formation in the freezer door and non-functioning cooling of bottom door, again several times complaint was made for repeated calls to followup and the persons from your same company came again and said that the part which was replaced was not replaced properly, and he has rectified the same and hereafter there wont be any problem.

                        Unfortunately the same problem recurred again and made complaint and service mechanics Mr. Ramesh from M/s. Sri Venkateshwara Services has come and inspected on March 03, 2021 and examined the problem and stated that the heater is not working properly, then next day the spare part was replaced by the technician and changed the heater and charged Rs.1450/- for the same along with service/inspection charges.

                        The machine stopped working on 5 March 2021. A complaint was registered M/s. Sri Venkateshwara Services, on the same day. The technician came on 03 March 2021. He was unable to carry out the repairs and dont even get response from whirlpool team and i am highly unsatisfied with whirlpool service and technical stuffs.

                        Really it is pathetic that same accessory got problem again for complaint made consecutively in two weeks, My problem needs quick redressal otherwise the matter will be taken up to consumer redressal court for justice in our favour. Then the product which is within the warranty period the company is supposed to take care of all the problems.

                        Waiting for resolution.

                            I have purchased washing machine from laxmi furniture, akot. Of brand whirlpool. The model is faulty when I purchased. I am asking whirlpool for repair or replace that washing machine. I have registered complaints on 17 Jan 2021 and 02 Feb 2021. It's more than a month, I am not getting any response from whirlpool or laxmi furniture owner.
                            Today is 05/03/2021.Still I am waiting for part replacement. when I called technician, it is saying that he will replace part within 2 days. And shop owner also promised to repair part or replacement of washing machine.
                            Raised consumer complaints, there also no response from whirlpool company. I have provided necessary information to them.

                              Dear Sirs,

                              Last Monday, February 22 2021, the Whirlpool refrigerator which I have been using for the last 10 years caused a medium range domestic fire incident in my home where my 7 year old son and I reside alone. There were no casualties however the damage the fire caused to the house and mental damage it has caused to my son and myself is beyond comparison. Please find attached the pictures taken in my home the morning after the compressor had caught on fire.

                              I have been trying in vain to raise a complaint with the published toll-free customer care number[protected] and +[protected] but I have been unable to get any response / support in spite of repeated calls.

                                  I have purchased washing machine from laxmi furniture, akot. Of brand whirlpool. The model is faulty when I purchased. I am asking whirlpool for repair or replace that washing machine. I have registered complaints on 17 Jan 2021 and 02 Feb 2021. It's more than a month, I am not getting any response from whirlpool or laxmi furniture owner.
                                  Today is 26/02/2021.Still I am waiting for part replacement. when I called technician, it is saying that he will replace part within 2 days. And shop owner also promised to repair part or replacement of washing machine.
                                  Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Still I am waiting for call from whirlpool India. I didn't get any call from technician or customer care. I am very much disappointed with this behaviour. I have already provided necessary information to get my contact number. I can't provide mobile number details over here. As that is sensitive information.
