Whirlpool freshcare. Worst product in my life, and worst service center support.
Only 3 months from buying product. So many defects found. Machine not working correctly, we are so burdened by this machine.
When complains about machine to the pudukkottai service center, not proper response, worst service. They are not hear and understand customer regarding machine problem.

I bought fridge on 18th june 2019. Within 3 months it started creating issues. On 4th october, i asked service center technician to visit and solve issue. The water inlet valve was replaced by the service engineer and the cost which was charged for this valve was 1850. The part was said to be of the said cost earlier and plus service charge. This amount was heavily (3 times the cost) by the service engineer. Original and good quality inlet valves cost around 500.
