I purchased a fridge (W/pool ref 20677-df278 neo prm arctic stee) from one of the dealers of whirlpool in feb 2019 from delhi.in april we had a demo of fridge from whirpool technician and after few days it was observed that door is not getting closed properly.
We raised a complaint at whirlpool service center, their technician visited our home to check and afterwards he said that we will replace your fridge. We asked them to upgrade our fridge rather than replacing as it seems to be a manufacturing defect.
They gave us the contact details of senior person of their service team. He said he has to take permission from the management and meanwhile asked us to share the refrigerator details that we want in upgrade. We shared the details with them. Initially he said that the permission has been received, we asked him to share the cost and all that we have to pay once we upgrade.
He did not replied for a week or 10 days and then when we called him he said that request has been denied from management side.
This whole process started in april and was ended in mid of september 2019 with the replacement of our refrigerator with the same model only not the upgraded one.
During all this period we have to again and again register the complaint as they have closed our request multiple times without informing us. I can mention the name of each and every person here with their contact details but i do not want to. Worst experience with whirlpool.
Also, there is a difference of around rs.5000 in the amount that is mentioned in the actual purchased receipt and the receipt that we got after replacement (I dont know why and whether it will affect our purchase if we upgrade to new model).
Now, when we got the replaced refrigerator (In mid september, 2019), there is the same door locking problem. We again raised a complaint (This time with another mobile number), again their technician visited and has taken pics of our refrigerator and asked us to whats app on one of the member of their team and it has been a week he visited and now when we again contacted them they said that your request has been closed but they don't know why.
We told them about our problem that we are facing from the very beginning, how we raised complaints and how it has been handled but no use.
These people are just making us fool. We are fed up with this company, there employees and their service.
We were interested in upgrading our fridge to higher capacity level and were ready to pay the extra amount but these people are not considering our request. I dont know what kind of people has been recruited in this company.
They are least bothered about their customer satisfaction.
I'm least interested in upgrading to a new model of whirlpool now. I request you to look into this matter and either get my money refund (Priority) or get me an upgraded model.

I have ordered Whirlpool 360 L convertible 2019 model from Colors Unlimited, Uttam Nagar Delhi to our home Gurgaon om 10 June 2020.
They have cheated and delivered used, old and scratch based product and now he is not returning my money, I have returned the product to them but they are charging logistics fee unnecessary 2000 rs to me.
He is saying this as brand new fresh item. Howcome it be?
How can I pay that money as I have not received anything.
The staff is not listening and harassing me n my wife whenever I called them.
Please intervene and assist urgently.
Urgent help needed.
Please take strict action against as they are selling such items on the name of Whirlpool brand.
