Hello,
We have purchased whirlpool 265 l frost free double door 4 star convertible refrigerator from flipkart (Order id: od[protected] which was got delivered on 11th sept 2019. After just 1 month and 20 days, this fridge got malfunctioned i. E. Its pcb board got fried and smoke started to came out of this fridge along with foul smell. Even though we have stabilizer for our fridge to control voltage fluctuations (As suggested by the whirlpool technician). At point of time my father has cut all the power for the fridge just to be on safer side.
Now technician has checked it and he said that he will try to get a new pcb board till then out fridge will not work.

Can whirlpool person can tell me that will they able to give an assurance that this short circuit thing will not happen again. And if such a new appliance will start getting defected then why we are paying so much of money. I could have bought some other brand fridge like lg as i am using it for last 7 years and we didnt faced any issue here. But this whirlpool fridge got defected in 01 month.

Such a bad experience for me.

I want an replacement here or just take this fridge and refund my money.

    Whirlpool freshcare. Worst product in my life, and worst service center support.
    Only 3 months from buying product. So many defects found. Machine not working correctly, we are so burdened by this machine.
    When complains about machine to the pudukkottai service center, not proper response, worst service. They are not hear and understand customer regarding machine problem.
    Problem from front load washing machine is.
    1. While running, suddenly indicator will blinks continusly and machine rotates for more than 4 hours. That time we have off and again start from beginning.
    2. Dowet and jeans option not working.
    3. Problems comes from mixed and rabid30 often. But some time coming some time not coming. We cannot believe to use this machine for laundry. But technician knows this while check this

    Still i am sending machine problem video to that service center technician. But no more solution still, they are dragging it.

      I am using a 3 door Whirlpool Proton refrigerator for more than 7 years. It was working well so far but recently cooling in the refrigerator portion was showing complaint (no cooling). The freezer portion was ok. I have contacted whirlpool service center number in Kochi Kerala on their number [protected] and their authorised service centre number Grand Tech, Kochi [protected] both the places I have reported complaint. Usually after 2 or 3 days they attend if we continuously follow up. For my complaint the service people came and changed the cooling timer and collected the service charge it was in end of 2018. After 8 months the same complaint appeared again and the same way I have contacted the service center. After few days the technicians came and again they changed some component and collected the service charge. It worked again for about 2 months and the same complaint appeared. I have repeatedly contacted them and after about a week the service people came and did something. They told me it seems the heating side is not functioning properly if the complaint arise again then they have to take the fridge to their service center for servicing. Also the component they suspect to be replaced is not available now they have to obtain from company so it may take some time to get the fridge serviced. Time being fridge is working and the third time they have not charged anything.
      But after 2 weeks again the complaint arise. On last 15th October I have contacted the above telephone numbers and reported the complaint. Again on 16th October I have followed up to send the people to attend the complaint. As it is making me sick all the time contacting the whirlpool service center and request them to come and attend the fault. The fridge is useless when it is required for the house.
      Today is 29th October 2019 until today there is nobody from service center either called or attended the complaint.
      I am staying in Vyttila, Kochi. I do not prefer to buy anymore whirlpool products for my use or recommend anyone to buy it. This people have a very bad service attitude and record. No professionalism in servicing either on their work or on attending the complaints.
      I do not know why products like this selling in India if they cannot give proper service support.

      There was no email or call from company but this morning I have contacted the whirlpool authorised service center Kochi and scold them on this matter. By afternoon service people came with some spare part and resolved the problem. No service charge collected.

        Hi team,

        Worst service i got from whirlpool product. I brought 3 droor frige and second and thrid is not cooling, i have raised more than 3 tickets still my issue is not ressolved. Worst service i have never seen from service centre. I paid for the product and keep not working refrigerator in home. I want replacement for this product otherwise i will go next step consumer court. Almost one month completed keeping unused refrigerator in home. Could please resolve this asap. Thanks

          From the 10days national agencies, patiala is harassing the under signed rs. 2000/- as token money was given to him on 18.10.2019 and final payment for whirlpool was given by us on 26.10.2019 for 360lts 4stars to deliver first on friday then on today but till we have not received the delivery of the product.

          Sorry to say, his services who collapssed our deepawali today. Their contact no[protected] mobile[protected] they are lowered the image of whirlpool who is again going to survive in the market.

            I got whirlpool proton three door refrigerator in 2011. After four years in 2015 it started giving problem; at times not cooling or freezer not working. Till today we have spent rs.10000 on repairing only. This time again on 16/10, it was not cooling. Technician came and changed two parts for rs.3500. Next day freezer stopped working.. Again technician was called and he said there might be gas problem. Engineer came on 18/10 and said might be gas or compressor problem and we have to spend rs6500.in eight years, customer has to spend rs. 18000 for repair??? Which refrigerator gets dysfunctional every two years in span of 8 years??? And for three days there was no sign of engineer. No reply of mails and they won’t even pick phones. Is this the service of whirlpool company??? How to stay without refrigerator for 3-4 days. Extremely bad service!

                I bought this refrigerator on 4 apr 2019. I called whirlpool the same day for demo and installation but no one comes. Then i called the distributor he came and start the refrigerator. After some days i was getting some noice from the compressor so i checked with another modal so they're i noticed refrigerator has door alignment issue also then i started calling whirlpool customer care. They said an engineer will come in 2 hours but after 5 days he came and tell your model is defective will raise for replacement but didn't get any response till 10 to 15 days again i called. Still this process going on from the last 4 months. Still an issue is not solved by them. I started mail chain aslo but not getting a response

                      I bought fridge on 18th june 2019. Within 3 months it started creating issues. On 4th october, i asked service center technician to visit and solve issue. After checking it for 2-3 days, he told me that this fridge is defective and needs to be replaced. My complaint number is lk[protected]. I am attaching the copy of my bill also.
                      I am feeling cheated and looted. I didn't expect this kind of service from your company.
                      It's completely irresponsible behavior from your company. You people are not addressing even this.

                        The water inlet valve was replaced by the service engineer and the cost which was charged for this valve was 1850. The part was said to be of the said cost earlier and plus service charge. This amount was heavily (3 times the cost) by the service engineer. Original and good quality inlet valves cost around 500.

                        I called up the call centre (Om sai service centre 212/16 hanumanpuri near banthara lucknow 227101) to verify the cost but the attendee of the call was very hesitant at first but bluntly responded if you have any issues with the part you should get it replaced yourself. After this interaction the technician did not charge his service fee or was too eager to get away.

                        I being an engineer myself today have lost in whirlpool brand being a loyal customer for years and would not suggest anyone to go fro the brand.

                          I bought the whirlpool double door intellifresh/neo, 3 months before from vijay sales. The refrigerator in the morning caught fire, which destroyed the half of the kitchen. Tried to reach out to their customer service, they want me to wait for a day with burnt fridge and destroyed kicthen for a day because they can't send service guy on sunday!!!
                          If new refrigerator can catch fire in 3 months with 10 years of compressor warranty... I really feel, i have chosen the wrong brand!
                          Didn't expect this from whirlpool, i should have checked the reviews about their refrigerator getting caught on fire.

                            I purchased a fridge (W/pool ref 20677-df278 neo prm arctic stee) from one of the dealers of whirlpool in feb 2019 from delhi.in april we had a demo of fridge from whirpool technician and after few days it was observed that door is not getting closed properly.
                            We raised a complaint at whirlpool service center, their technician visited our home to check and afterwards he said that we will replace your fridge. We asked them to upgrade our fridge rather than replacing as it seems to be a manufacturing defect.
                            They gave us the contact details of senior person of their service team. He said he has to take permission from the management and meanwhile asked us to share the refrigerator details that we want in upgrade. We shared the details with them. Initially he said that the permission has been received, we asked him to share the cost and all that we have to pay once we upgrade.
                            He did not replied for a week or 10 days and then when we called him he said that request has been denied from management side.

                            This whole process started in april and was ended in mid of september 2019 with the replacement of our refrigerator with the same model only not the upgraded one.
                            During all this period we have to again and again register the complaint as they have closed our request multiple times without informing us. I can mention the name of each and every person here with their contact details but i do not want to. Worst experience with whirlpool.

                            Also, there is a difference of around rs.5000 in the amount that is mentioned in the actual purchased receipt and the receipt that we got after replacement (I dont know why and whether it will affect our purchase if we upgrade to new model).

                            Now, when we got the replaced refrigerator (In mid september, 2019), there is the same door locking problem. We again raised a complaint (This time with another mobile number), again their technician visited and has taken pics of our refrigerator and asked us to whats app on one of the member of their team and it has been a week he visited and now when we again contacted them they said that your request has been closed but they don't know why.
                            We told them about our problem that we are facing from the very beginning, how we raised complaints and how it has been handled but no use.

                            These people are just making us fool. We are fed up with this company, there employees and their service.
                            We were interested in upgrading our fridge to higher capacity level and were ready to pay the extra amount but these people are not considering our request. I dont know what kind of people has been recruited in this company.
                            They are least bothered about their customer satisfaction.

                            I'm least interested in upgrading to a new model of whirlpool now. I request you to look into this matter and either get my money refund (Priority) or get me an upgraded model.

                              Hi,
                              I've raised a service request for my washing machine (Freshcare 7010) on 20th september 2019. The same was bought on may month of 2018 from gopunathilath g mart, alappuzha.
                              Now the machine is not working. At first i face an issue like the machine door was unable to open even after the washig was completed. And your service team came and told that it's pcb is complaint need to import and replace. After two week they came with its new pcb. But the issue was not resolved the new module was also not working also they told that need to replace it's display board.
                              How long i should wait??
                              I choose this product as the whirlpool sales executive in the shop told that it's european standard/make product so there won't be any complaint.
                              As the product turns one year. It's dead.
                              Your technicians even can't troubleshoot the issue yet.
                              So i want replacement for this product. How long i could wait for this hopeless service?. Till this day the whirlpool company is unable to arrange the complaint part and resolve my the issue. Then why should i keep this whirlpool scrap at my home?.

                                We bought whirlpool washing machine model 652sd in december 2013. Just after the two years complete warranty protection, the bearing was replaced at a cost of around rs 5000/- and not before 6 months from then, noise again started and now its loud noise coming, and the bearing again need to be replaced. The authorised service center here quoted around rs 5000/-. I have almost spent 1/3 of the washing machine price for the first bearing change, and again its 5000, and with an inspection fee eventhough i have told them not needed to check its bearing complaint only, as i already have an experience. So if it goes like these every three years rs 5000 to be spent on bearing not affordable thing. And it seems that the bearing lacks quality. If it goes like this, next time, for a new machine, will have to switch on to someother brands. Please help us in this regard

                                  I have purchased whirlpool refrigerator serial no[protected], model no-70055 from your dealer vijay radio house, bus stand road, sidhi, (M. P.)-486661 dated on 27/04/2014, due to transfer of my employment presently i am in serving in ajmer district, rajasthan.

                                  From past 3 days my refrigerator is not cooling in that regard i have compliant today to customer care for further resolution of my refrigerator case and service person has informed that compressor is not working and warranty has been expiry, it's only for 5 years, but in my warranty card it clearly mentioned for 10 years of warranty then how service center will deny to resolve my compressor issue it is a fake commitment from your dealer by issuing warranty card to customer.

                                  Any how further resolve my issue as written in my warranty card, else i will go for file a legal case for false commitment in writing.

                                  I am enclosing the invoice copy and warranty card for your information.

                                  I have ordered Whirlpool 360 L convertible 2019 model from Colors Unlimited, Uttam Nagar Delhi to our home Gurgaon om 10 June 2020.

                                  They have cheated and delivered used, old and scratch based product and now he is not returning my money, I have returned the product to them but they are charging logistics fee unnecessary 2000 rs to me.

                                  He is saying this as brand new fresh item. Howcome it be?
                                  How can I pay that money as I have not received anything.

                                  The staff is not listening and harassing me n my wife whenever I called them.

                                  Please intervene and assist urgently.
                                  Urgent help needed.
                                  Please take strict action against as they are selling such items on the name of Whirlpool brand.

                                    I raise complaint on 4th oct 2019, technician visit and found gear box change with new. I am pay Rs.3050 for AMC in March 2019, while paying AMC every complaint done at home, but now machine bring service point at Phanindra services, guntur .

                                    Every time i open or touch the refridgerator there will be a cracking sound. I have made multiple complaints but of no use. On technician's 1st visit - he inserted a few papers here and there but nothing helped.
                                    2nd technician visit - i was asked to buy a stand (I had to reject as it is brand new and should work as excepted from day one).
                                    3rd visit - i was told 1 out f 10 comes with this problem but no resolution.
