On 14th nov’19 i have received my whirlpool semi automatic washing machine which i ordered through amazon, and the same day installation request was raised from amazon end with request i’d (Cn[protected]) and i called whirlpool and confirmed that i have received the product make sure they send person for installation asap. But on 16th nov’19 when i called whirlpool there was a surprise that the request id mentioned above is closed stating product not delivered and i was shocked and raised another complaint (Cn[protected]) and with that dialled local whirlpool and informed about situation and arranged technician on same day which is 16th nov’19. I got the technician number and called him and he confirmed that he will be coming around 6pm since he is attending another service for ac and i was agreed and from 7pm he’s not responding my calls since next day is sunday and they wanted to ignore and continue this from monday which is not acceptable. Washing machine being idle for 5days. And whirlpool is not taking ownership and not responsible, and they don’t care about customers. My parents waiting for 5days for person to come and guide the machine. This is ridiculous the demo will take only 5 mins and why people hesitate and prolong. This is the technician name and number. I want this to be closed by today or latest tomorrow.

    Dear team, i have got whirlpool 480 litres ff 2d 495 3s 2014 model fridge. Two months back door light led light plate got damaged and complaint was filed with the service center. Inspire of regular follow-up, the service center has not provided led light and everytime they are making excuse that led light is not yet available in the market. This shows pathetic service setup of whirlpool customer service division. I am highly disappointed with sort of feedback. Take appropriate measures at the earliest

        I have a 265l refrigerator which was purchased on 12/2017. The compressor was having 10 yrs warranty. It stopped working on 2/11/2019. I registered a complaint and the technician came and told me that the compressor has to replaced. They took the refrigerator to their workshop on 04/11/2019 and on 09/11/2019 the service centre staff informed me that i should pay rs 4500 for gas charging in the new compressor and the amount includes transportation charge. The compressor is in warranty period and it is the responsibility of the company to pay the transportation charges. Also gas charging cost is high. Srnumber co [protected]

        The authorized service centre in trivandrum delivered the refrigerator on 15/11/2019  after repair and I paid them rs 3400/- including transportation charges.After two days some sound starts coming from the upper section and on 21.11.2019 the cooling in the lower portion stopped.the technician came on 22nd and did something. It started working.but on 27/11/2019.again the technician came on 28 th did something and it started working

        Again It stopped working on 01/12/2019.fifth time in a span of 30 days the trivandrum service centre technician is not rectifying this properly.if I had to replace the machine the company should say that

          washing machine amc issue

          Dear sir, we've been using whirlpool top load washing machine from close to three years.

          Right from the beginning, the machine is making slight noise during spinning/rinsing. We have called whirlpool technician couple of times (During warranty period) and the technician said this noise is not a problem and can be used without any hesitation.in fact, apart from noise, there is no problem in washing efficiency and from then onwards...

          We bought fp 283d protton roy refrigerator around 2 years ago and we raised the first complaint on july 26th 2019 on an issue in vegetable/fruit compartment and one of the technician visited next day itself and he charged rs.500 but no resolution provided. Later when we contacted service center after 5 days, came to know that the ticket was closed with reason 'spare parts not available'. Again we raised multiple tickets (Around 6) as the issues getting worsened and it started impacting other parts of the refrigerator. Whenever we contacted service center, no resolution provided and the issue spread to compressor and refrigerator almost stopped functioning. Since there were no service/resolution came, then i emailed to help desk on october 14th and started getting responses from care manager.

          On october 15th, care manager updated as "we have discussed with our branch team, we would like to inform you that we process appliance replacement" and he asked me the details of which model we are looking as the replacement. Suddenly on october 23rd he replied as branch rejected the replacement request as it is a physical damage.

          Currently the compressor itself not functioning, which means its not a physical damage. The technician visited only once on the first day and how they judged after 3 months that its physical damage. If the technician could resolved the issue on the earlier phase itself, it should not reach to worsened damage and would have saved all our time and struggle.

          I never asked to replace, but care manager and service center team only updated me that replacement in process.

          I still request the company to service the refrigerator to good working condition. If spare parts are not available for this product, why still the refrigerator available for sales?

          For a consumer, this is way beyond fair thought to expect such expensive product failures, when such a good care is taken. More over the expense, now i am spending our aluable time running here are there to get a fix for the same and our day to day activities getting spoiled.

          I would like the company to take full ownership of this disappointment. Request you to escallate this issue to top level managementand and please notify me on the course of action on compensating me. A speedy response is expected and will be much appreciated.

            Hi team,
            I bought double door fridge on feb 2018 from griyas showroom parrys corner chennai. They had sold me an defective product.
            During the installation, the front door was damaged. After completion of 1 year warranty period, started many problems like loud noise from the freezer, defrost not working & no cooling from the fridge. I raised a complaint for noise & cooling issue on aug 24th 2019, a whirlpool service technician from arumbakkam came and charged me rs 2000/- for replacing the timer parts. It exactly worked for a month. Then the same noise & cooling issue started today. An in-efficient whirlpool service technician from arumbakkam told it is due to timer issue and everything is working fine without even checking the issue properly. And then service person told, there is an gas leakage in the pipe so need to refill the gas. It will cost around rs 3000.
            I cannot afford rs 3000 every month for replacing the spare parts for a defetive product. I need an immediate solution for my problem and take necessary steps to resolve the defect item..

              We purchased a whirlpool washing machine on dhanteras i. E on 25th oct, 2019. Their technical team called us daily for demo but did not came for demo. Finally their staff came on sunday (03/11/2019) and forced us to buy their products like filter, cover, stand etc. On higher prices, when we refused to buy from them, they threaten us to not cover our machine on warranty period if we don't buy their products and left without giving any demo.

              Kindly help us to find out genuine price of these items and help us in above mentioned matter.

                I placed a order for double door refrigerator on 14/10/2019. Order #[protected]. So far i have not received the product.. After so many mail. Today i received a mail stating that my order is cancelled because it is out of stock.. Why you accept the order of you don’t have a stock.. Why didn’t you informed me earlier? I missed diwali sale too. I want the product delivered or pay back my money with interest 12.5% (I took personal loan for this) from 14/10/2019. Whirpool is doing a scam, taking money from customers and rotating that money without delivering the product.

                  My washing machine dryer was not working on which i was misguided by the service engineer they have not told about the actual problem and asked me to take some kind of chemical because there is a blockage in my machine due to not done the servicing but when they have gone i came to know that it was due to the basic problem some small clothes has gone in the corner of machine due to which ot stops working so they have given me the chemical in rs 580 which flip kart is giving in only 175 rs this is highly unprofessional behavior by the company employees so why the company is giving so much target to their employees that they are misguiding there customers.

                    Hello,
                    We have purchased whirlpool 265 l frost free double door 4 star convertible refrigerator from flipkart (Order id: od[protected] which was got delivered on 11th sept 2019. After just 1 month and 20 days, this fridge got malfunctioned i. E. Its pcb board got fried and smoke started to came out of this fridge along with foul smell. Even though we have stabilizer for our fridge to control voltage fluctuations (As suggested by the whirlpool technician). At point of time my father has cut all the power for the fridge just to be on safer side.
                    Now technician has checked it and he said that he will try to get a new pcb board till then out fridge will not work.

                    Can whirlpool person can tell me that will they able to give an assurance that this short circuit thing will not happen again. And if such a new appliance will start getting defected then why we are paying so much of money. I could have bought some other brand fridge like lg as i am using it for last 7 years and we didnt faced any issue here. But this whirlpool fridge got defected in 01 month.

                    Such a bad experience for me.

                    I want an replacement here or just take this fridge and refund my money.

                      Whirlpool freshcare. Worst product in my life, and worst service center support.
                      Only 3 months from buying product. So many defects found. Machine not working correctly, we are so burdened by this machine.
                      When complains about machine to the pudukkottai service center, not proper response, worst service. They are not hear and understand customer regarding machine problem.
                      Problem from front load washing machine is.
                      1. While running, suddenly indicator will blinks continusly and machine rotates for more than 4 hours. That time we have off and again start from beginning.
                      2. Dowet and jeans option not working.
                      3. Problems comes from mixed and rabid30 often. But some time coming some time not coming. We cannot believe to use this machine for laundry. But technician knows this while check this

                      Still i am sending machine problem video to that service center technician. But no more solution still, they are dragging it.

                        I am using a 3 door Whirlpool Proton refrigerator for more than 7 years. It was working well so far but recently cooling in the refrigerator portion was showing complaint (no cooling). The freezer portion was ok. I have contacted whirlpool service center number in Kochi Kerala on their number [protected] and their authorised service centre number Grand Tech, Kochi [protected] both the places I have reported complaint. Usually after 2 or 3 days they attend if we continuously follow up. For my complaint the service people came and changed the cooling timer and collected the service charge it was in end of 2018. After 8 months the same complaint appeared again and the same way I have contacted the service center. After few days the technicians came and again they changed some component and collected the service charge. It worked again for about 2 months and the same complaint appeared. I have repeatedly contacted them and after about a week the service people came and did something. They told me it seems the heating side is not functioning properly if the complaint arise again then they have to take the fridge to their service center for servicing. Also the component they suspect to be replaced is not available now they have to obtain from company so it may take some time to get the fridge serviced. Time being fridge is working and the third time they have not charged anything.
                        But after 2 weeks again the complaint arise. On last 15th October I have contacted the above telephone numbers and reported the complaint. Again on 16th October I have followed up to send the people to attend the complaint. As it is making me sick all the time contacting the whirlpool service center and request them to come and attend the fault. The fridge is useless when it is required for the house.
                        Today is 29th October 2019 until today there is nobody from service center either called or attended the complaint.
                        I am staying in Vyttila, Kochi. I do not prefer to buy anymore whirlpool products for my use or recommend anyone to buy it. This people have a very bad service attitude and record. No professionalism in servicing either on their work or on attending the complaints.
                        I do not know why products like this selling in India if they cannot give proper service support.

                        There was no email or call from company but this morning I have contacted the whirlpool authorised service center Kochi and scold them on this matter. By afternoon service people came with some spare part and resolved the problem. No service charge collected.

                          Worst service i got from whirlpool product. I brought 3 droor frige and second and thrid is not cooling, i have raised more than 3 tickets still my issue is not ressolved. Worst service i have never seen from service centre. I paid for the product and keep not working refrigerator in home.                             From the 10days national agencies, patiala is harassing the under signed rs. 2000/- as token money was given to him on 18.10.2019 and final payment for whirlpool was given by us on 26.10.2019 for 360lts 4stars to deliver first on friday then on today but till we have not received the delivery of the product.

                              I got whirlpool proton three door refrigerator in 2011. After four years in 2015 it started giving problem; at times not cooling or freezer not working. Till today we have spent rs.10000 on repairing only. This time again on 16/10, it was not cooling. Technician came and changed two parts for rs.3500. Next day freezer stopped working.. Again technician was called and he said there might be gas problem. Engineer came on 18/10 and said might be gas or compressor problem and we have to spend rs6500.in eight years, customer has to spend rs. 18000 for repair??? Which refrigerator gets dysfunctional every two years in span of 8 years??? And for three days there was no sign of engineer. No reply of mails and they won’t even pick phones. Is this the service of whirlpool company??? How to stay without refrigerator for 3-4 days. Extremely bad service!

                                  I bought this refrigerator on 4 apr 2019. I called whirlpool the same day for demo and installation but no one comes. Then i called the distributor he came and start the refrigerator. After some days i was getting some noice from the compressor so i checked with another modal so they're i noticed refrigerator has door alignment issue also then i started calling whirlpool customer care. They said an engineer will come in 2 hours but after 5 days he came and tell your model is defective will raise for replacement but didn't get any response till 10 to 15 days again i called. Still this process going on from the last 4 months. Still an issue is not solved by them. I started mail chain aslo but not getting a response

                                    I have ordered this fridge in flipkart and it arrived before 1 and half week and no one came to fix it .I called twice to the customer care and they said a man will come the next to fix it and no one came .this is really bad on your company. We are facing a lot of problems due to the absence of the fridge .so please kindly take action immediately .

                                      Fridge purchased in july 2019 does not work anymore.
                                      Multiple attempts to reach out to service team (Shiva kumar - [protected])
                                      Very rude person and not at all interested to work.
                                      Bg[protected] raised 10 days back to replace compressor.
                                      Shiva kumar says - since the fridge is under warranty, he will not do it soon.
                                      Disgusting attitude from whirpool service team in bangalore.
                                      Two more persons are not picking up call as well - prasad and sundar.

                                      There is no respite from this running around behind people to get this fixed. Please replace this fridge or take it back so that we can buy a new one from LG or Samsung and move on with our life.
