Dear sir,

I lodge my complaint on 11/05/2016 with complaint no bg[protected]. They told with in 24 hours our technician will come and provide proper service. I wait for two days no one will come. I phoned to customer care executive on 13/05/2016 and request them provide proper service immediately. They told to me complaint number not send them on 11/05/2016 i mail them now tomorrow technician come to your home. I wait for one day till no one come solve problem. Once i call to customer care kindly send technician as early as possible this is third time i phoned you and 100 rupees paying out side to wash the cloths try to understand my problem and provide me proper service then they told tomorrow our technician come definitely and provide you proper service. After that i wait for another one day no response from them. On 16/05/2016 also call customer care and ask them why should you people delay my complaint and how many days you people need to solve my problem. They are not able to ready provide proper information simply cut my call. I call again and ask why you people not provide me proper service, why you people cut my call without giving me proper information and i request them transfer my call to supervisor they also without providing proper information cut my call. Till my complaint under pending kindly provide me proper service.

1 year before i purchased a 3 door refrigerator and now no cooling when i complaint on 15th may to customer care they send your contract 7 star person for repair were they visited and showed there face and gone back without repairing and he said another person will come to repair, again another person came today on 16 may and he told the compressor is dead and whole system is dead due to company technical problem. As it is company fault and its under warrenty i demand for replacement as soon as possible this is summer time understand the problem. Your customer care people is really bad not responding properly. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator 230 lt from khosla electronics in beckbagan branch on feb 02 2016. During delivered time of the refrigerator on feb 05, 2016, it was found broken and i requested a replacement from your company. But i am sorry to mention you that till date the refrigerator has not been replaced.In spite of several phone calls to your personal and personal persuasion at khosla electronics beckbagan branch all my efforts of getting a replacement have gone down the drain.
Your company’s isd (Rupasree biswas) informing me that the replacement would be taken care of within two days, but i am very much disappointed to let you know that the replacement has still not been done.
I really didn't expect this kind of an after sales service from a renowned company like whirlpool, today docket a new job through your call center & the new docket no is kl[protected]

the tecnician informed since I have bought with aluminum cooling coil it has got damged and need to replace with copper one
I want to understand how without out using the ac the allumunim coil has given up
it is ridiculous, and cheap material
I was of the impression that in Usa whirlpool has a good brand image, sorry not with my experience
kindly depute senior technician to the evaluation, before I decide the next of action to be taken for selling product with a self life of one hours in two years

My washing machine is whirlpool semiautomatic .the drain fill switch is not working.I called the customer care they informed me that they will come anr repair it after 2 days on tuesday or wednesday and the visiting charge will be RS.350 and I have to pay separately for the switch.I think it is very unfair to charge 350 Rs for visit charge.How can people who are middle class and low income people afford it.I think this charge should be reduced...

I have a whirlpool washing machine which had problems ever since I bought it..I spent 14 k on a fully automatic washing machine and spent more than that on the service. Every once in six months there are some or the other issues with the product. And the service is so worst. They have outsourced it to third party vendors who are unprofessional and hardly try to resolve the problem. All they want to do is replace the parts charging a bomb. Worst part is they charge 450rs just to come and see that and do nothing saying that there is an issue, Which I already know. I would suggest all of you not to buy any product from whirlpool. They provide worst service and the product is also not of good quality.

I have bought Whirlpool AC(1.5 Ton) in April 2016 and since then i am facing cooling issue. My AC Not Cooling. Despite of several complaints no resolution has been achieved so far. Several time i have mailed but no response from the CC guys. I am following up with them(Call Centre) and every time they say they will send technician but i dit not get any . Also my several requests are open.

My complaint number CNO[protected], logged on 29-Mar-2016, due to failure of indoor unit, replaced a new indoor unit which is having intermittent abnormal noise problem. As they failed to provide good service support and their product is having continuous problems, I communicated to take back their product and requested for Full refund of my money and compensation for me and my family suffering for more than two months. But there is no mail communication from the company side.

We have bought whirlpool washing machine in 2010... This is fully automatic top loading machine...the button panel provided by whirlpool has been replaced twice ...in last 4 years each replacement cost is INR 2600/- the panel doesn last for more than 2 years despite best care and maintenance. My complain is how come a electronic panel fail thrice ( currently also one button is not working and will hv to replace it again).. In less than 6 years... Clearly whirlpool is providing parts with low life which helps dealers and service providers charge exorbitant money... Above all of a machine button panel fails so frequently the machine is definitely not worth buying... I would request all potential buyers NOT TO BUY whirlpool washing machines...with there parts costs and Amc I can guarantee you that u will pay twice the money ...

We bought this machine at price of Rs 17500 /- and have already paid approx 7k for Amc and another 7 k for spare parts after expiry of Amc... Clearly not worth the price.
I would dissuade any potential buyer from buying whirlpool products..

I have purchase refrigeration 5 year ago. But last 1 month water leaked inside refrigeration and inside light problem in refrigeration. I have suggestion recd. My friend for repair from " shree neelkanth refrigeration" plot no.221, shop no.2, ward-12/b, gandhidham-kutch (Gujarat) 370201.[protected], m. No.[protected]. I have call him for repair the refrigeration and they asked me drop your refrigeration our shop and next day they collect from my hosue after two days they call me and asked me gas problem and compressor problem in your refrigeration i asked him for repair the problem and they give me rs.2090/-bill for above problem but after some day same problem in my refrigeration, i have tell him for problem and they took refrigeration again from my house and after checking refrigeration they told me compressor not working so change the compressor i have asked him for change the compressor. They raise me rs.3800/-compressor change bill but same problem in refrigeration. I am rekha tiwari and i have purchased whirlpool ace8.2 supr soak 6.2 kg top loading semi automatic washing machine from nijhawan showroom in sahibabad (Distributor). We bought the 5 december 2014. The 2-year warranty of whirlpool washing machine. Since we bought whirlpool washing machine from that day has yet to be impaired is 10 times, and we also have very often complaints
You can also check in your records. You can also confirmation collect threw your companies visitors executives they know the whirlpool washing machine conditions. And, i want to return to the whirlpool washing machine as soon as possible.

Customer care contacted, sent their technician, diagnosed the fault as per his assessment. After lot of chasing he turned to replace the item. Conveyed that we should not use fridge for 2 and half hours. Charged rs 2940/- including 350 as service charge. But we find cooling was not adequate. We once again contacted, promised to come again. But did not turn up after many promises. Mob no. [protected] name is ritesh. Customer care no [protected] vishal responded to send him. Later on he is also not responding/lifting mob.

Disgusted with so poor response.

I had logged a complaint on 09/04/2016 and Refrgigerator was taken under Job sheet No. 9414. I was told that Referigerator will be taken for repair and rubber of the door will be repaired as well. The service man (Rishi) was smart that he didnt mention that rubber is to be repaired as well on the service sheet. Today when the refrigerator has been delivered, I am facing the same problem and door is still not getting closed. When I called back the service person, he tells me that he never promised to repair the rubber of the door..Need the redressal forum to take some action these service man as they commit something else and do not deliver what they promise

Dear sir 2014 me ac liya tha. Last time garmi me kharab ho gya. Sirvice mili compressor badla gya aur thik ho gya.Is garmi me ac phir se kharab ho gya aur vahi compressor phir se kharab ho gya. 30/4/16 ko complain registared karwai thi..Aaj 6-5-16 tak thik nhi ho paya hai. Complain no in[protected]
Sir itna poor quality ka ac kyo banaya jaa rha hai ki har garmi me compressor change karna pade.
Agar aisa hai to next garmi ke liye mai aik aur compressor pahle se hi book karna chahta hu.

I am writing this to take your attention on my problem.
I had purchased a refrigerator in bihar from whirlpool. Its is million dollar company and makes unique product which when you will purchase you will understand.

-the product work well till the warranty period... Once it comes near the warranty deadline
Boom it stops working.

- you will call consumer care - they will never escalate your call. (If they will do nothing happens)
They hung up your call when you lose money calling them

- while trying millions times you know our mindset we indian dont want to be in legal battle
They may come and their service guy armed with terms and condition will tell you their visit charge, repairing charge, handling cost +vat+tax+xyz= it will make a cost of 4k to 5k
- they they will sleep

- best thing about whirlpool is that they are consistently bad at giving service throughout the country (I visited consumer complaint web portal)

- and finally you have to go for legal battle. Which i will be going to do if nothing happens

So ladies and men before investing your hard earn money on such company who dont care about indian people... And wants their shares to rise only

I have bought 2 split ac from whirlpool 6 months ago. One of them started leaking water within a few hours of runnning, i have raised 3 requests dfor support. The first request was attended 3 days later post a promise of 24 hrs. The second time issue re-occured within a week and the guy came and said he didnt see a problem and to call when it leaked again. He however chose to close the case and take a satisfaction number from me. Its ofcourse leaked again damaging a painting and my wooden floor. I called the guy a million times over the last 3 days and he said will be there in an hour and hasnt showed up each and every time. Your support is a joke. I had a need to but a 3rd ac and have bought an lg. I will replace all your acs with lg or samsung even though they are in warranty because i refuse to be treated so poorly. I will replace because i can afford it, many people will not have the choice. I have told everyone in my new project who are buying acs not to touch whirlpool. Thought you may want to know how you are losing customers because you choose to treat customers poorly.

We purchased air conditioner 2 years back till now its not working properly, so many times complained and no body has come. Recently major complaint has come and called customer care 5 days back and raised a complaint, complaint # BG[protected], they said within 24 hrs, our technician will come and solve, but till today no body has come, and daily Im calling customer care and they are telling same story that my technician is on the way, till now no technician called us nor customer care given technician number.

Very worst brand and worst service never seen in my life time.

Customer care executives does not english also properly, very soon company is going to be close if they continue service like this.

I have a whirlpool refrigerator single door and due to low cooling problem I contacted the nearest whirlpool service Centre named "Divya service" At Jamshedpur. One technician visited at home and checked the fridge thereafter told that the ice chamber has to be replaced. He also told that the fridge will be repaired at service center. Then I told that I can afford for two days without Fridge in this peak summer. They assured that the fridge will be repaired and delivered at home within two days. After two days I inquired about the fridge. Replies got that the fridge is ready and will be delivered today. We waited till night but not reached. Thereafter daily assurance given to me for delivery but fridge not delivered. You can imagine the position of my mind by waiting daily for the fridge. After 7 days I visited the service center and inquired about the fridge.replies got that the fridge is not repaired. They need more time and also the compressor is to replaced. Estimated bill is got doubled. Then I told them that I will not ready for this, so return the fridge. They had delivered the fridge at house without repaired and in a very damaged conditions. Before giving to service center it was working condition but low cooling. But after delivery it was in a worst position, damaged body, non working and charged Rs 400 for transportation also. I totally shocked that these type if services are given by the whirlpool service Centre. In my house most of the equipments are of whirlpool brand. But after that I will never buy or suggest to buy whirlpool brand.

Now we have a major complaint in refrigerator as cooling is extra its temp comes minus 6to 10 on temp mtr checked by the engineer .
We made several complaints and attend by company on dates 22/04, 23/04, and 28/4 and they have changed couple of parts in the refrigerator but complaint is still alive and now we again complaint to co. Via sr no. Dl [protected] to change the machine in spite of repair and repair and repair doesn't solve the issue, so working is not satisfactory .
Kindly chase up the issue with quality control deppt and senior people of company to replace our machine with new seal pack machine coz we have already lost lot of money due to over freeze of fruits and vegetables and other item in last one week, and it was already described to the attended engineers while visit.
We now need urgent action on this matter.
