I was working for whitecross since 2015.previous they given write salary on time .that time empolyee team was good .latter before covid they started avoiding payment and my 35-40k payment is still pending from 3 yr .i callled them, mailed too many time but no use

When i phoned to customer care number, there is a lady sitting over there with nut head.. She just replies saying that i am not in that team.. Which shows there interest towards solving employee problems. My concern is to bring notice to top management regarding back end office employee's work ethics.
