Dear Sir, My company name White Crossclinic, I submitted my PF form on April 22nd 2015. and I have received message also that PF Form is approved and under process on April 29th 2015. and Payment through check is under process on May 1st 2015. but till today (25th June 2015 I didn't get my money. I called PF office also but no one are responding the call... Hence I kindly request you to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount as soon as possible. I Roopa B R Ex employee of White cross clinic had received PF amount on 17 July 2015. Please note, earlier PF office (Richmond office) cheque got returned from the bank due to problem in account number. Later I had visited PF office and came to know the above problem. As per PF office advice, re=applied the PF withdrawal form again and now received the amount.
