Whizz Prints Complaints & Reviews

I ordered the a2 size customized poster on whizz prints (https://www.whizzprints.com/). and also i made a payment of rs.200 online. But, till now they didn't contact me through calls, messages, and emails regarding my order. And also there is nothing shown in my order option available on the website even after i paid the product. Here i enclosed the images while taking in the process of ordering my product in whizzprints.com

Then i google about this website to get any telephone numbers or email id's to contact them. But at last, what i saw about the website was full of complaints with beware messages from the customers like me who are tried to get the products from the same website before me.

What will i do to get updates about my order? How long i will wait to receive my order? Is there any chance to get my order or else guide me to get my money back.

If it was really a fake one, then do the required action against them. Because more people can also be cheated by them in the future like us what we went through now.

If the website is real, then asked them to give updates to the customers regarding the products they ordered. Make it possible.

I placed an order on 18 june 2017... For a standee. I uploaded a cdr file for best print quality. Your so called reputed printing company didn't have a software to read the most commonly used design software format. On top of that there was absolutely no communication from your side. When i check back again after logging in i get a message to upload the file in jpg or pdf format... To add to the chaos your reupload window doesnt open up.
The contact u people have given of mr. Himashu is an extremely unprofessional guy... Doest know how to talk... Doesnt bother to give a feedback on call or on email...
I get the standee delivered to me after the function already starts. The event was out of town nd hence there was no question of the standee being used.

Looking at their website, I had ordered for 25 letterheads with them for approx 240 rs. I found the quality of paper and print to be good. Then as per the websites information I ordered for 10000 letter heads to be sent in 2 batches costing rs 16000 approx and paid upfront. I received 1000 prints of the first batch of only about 60% of the first quality. When asked about it the reply was that for bulk orders donot get the same quality because they cannot print such high volumes on their digital machines. This information mas never conveyed during the order quote process. I swallowed the bitter information. The rest 9000 prints arrived which was absolutely crap quality. Even my bill book print quality was superior. It was such a sick feeling talking to their boss. Apparently I came to know that they had outsourced the job to a 3rd party printer for the job and now I am supposed to talk my issue with them. Whizz Prints should be ashamed of themselves. CHEATERS !!!
