Wickedleak Inc — Regarding fraud statement | |||||
I have bought wickedleak wammy titan 4 (order id - NURCPMQNN) and within 3 months the phone went dead due to the charging problem. And it took me almost half a month to notify it to company due to its worst customer response and when it got to their ears they asked me to send me the mobile through courier as pickup is not possible and promised the reimbursement ( which is still pending) the problem was solved according to them and they sent the mobile. But after 3 days the charging problem again started. And again 15 days wait. In the meanwhile phone's screen was broken. I am going to pay for the screen but they are claiming that I will have to pay for the earlier charging problem also and even I have bear to courier charges. ( in the official site of the company it's mentioned life time pick up and drop service available.) Now how come a phone warranty be void with physical damage.
