Wickedleak — New mobile faulty (received used mobile)

Dear Team,

I have received my Wammy Titan 5 Octacore on 18th Feb, 2016. I have checked & there is a fault in backside cover & in mobile also.

My colleagues & me had order same mobile in same day & he received a good quality charger & i got a different type of charger i.e duplicate charger.

Issues :
1. I have received Used mobile.
2. Wickedleak Logo is already removed from back cover.
3. If i have to talk on Phone than i have to keep phone on loud speaker because normal speaker is not working.
4.Phone box is not in good condition which i have received.
5. I have charged phone which you have given charger to me & i have charged 45-50 min phone but it was charged only 10%. Can you tell me phone is faulty or charger is faulty.

From the date of i have received My phone i am sending daily mails to your concern team but no one is properly responding on phone as well as email.
Without you are checking phone your team is saying phone is good in condition.

Request you to kindly collect Wammy Titan 5 Octacore & please replace my mobile or return my money.
