I have received a fake job offer from wilco energy/wilco ltd company.

First i got a call from the number +[protected], a lady was on the line (Name: emily white). She said my name is emily white, i'm calling from wilco energy ltd, uk. You have applied for the mechanical design engineer job for uk. The person who speaks is completely in uk accent.
He asked for the telephonic interview and it went on for 13 minutes. She said we will get back to you for further process if you are cleared.

Again i got the call from same number after a gap of a week, then she took the technical round of interview. It went for some 10-15 minutes. Then she said if you are selected, you will get the email, no more calls you will get and thank you for your time. Good luck.

After a week i got an email as a pre-offer letter as below,

Dear Kathiravan K,
We are delighted to offer you employment and welcome you to wilco ltd!!!

You are requested to read this email carefully and if you are agree with salary and responsibility provided by wilco ltd, reply as agree within three (03) working days. Formal offer letter shall be shared to you after your acceptance and we’ll proceed further.

Role/designation: Quality Control Engineer

Job responsibility:

• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

§ Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

§ Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

§ Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.

§ Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.

§ Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

§ Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.

§ Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.

The company will pay you a starting salary of aed 9, 200 (Aed eight thousand two hundred only) (Not negotiable) per month take home. The break up annexure will be available with the joining letter.

You are requested to join the company by july 10, 2017. If this presents any concern/s, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

Then i received another email as below

You are requested to submit below certificates and nocs from concerned authorities within 10 days so that your request could be submitted to uae embassy for visa processing.

Non-objection certificate from indian govt.
Professional clearance report
Criminal background certificate
Passport authenticity letter
Academic clearance certificate

Based on your eligibility and salary you would be eligible for

Finally asked for 11, 300 /- rs for background verification.

I had transfer the amount to below details
