Dear sir

Product code;[protected] bag size; 50x34x30 manufacture year-march — 17, purchased on-april -17- damaged in hanging belt area. I am carrying only lap top with charger and one dairy. Paid rs. 2279. Local company bag are withstanding more than 2 years. Last bag i used 4 year american tourist er. After 4 year only zip was the issue, no physical damage, i thought wild craft is the grate brand, i need bag replacement. Expecting your positive reply. Want to use your bag as per your warranty

Spoke to the customer and informed him to submit the defective product in Annanagar store for quality check. Customer said that he will be visiting the store on or before Saturday to submit the defective product and we shall send it for quality check once received
Product code[protected].bag size 43×32×15.purchased on 31/7/2016.it got damaged in front portion of the bag and also having small black spots around the bag.I am using oasis bag also with this but no complaint yet.I puchased this bag to carry my laptop as I think your product is of superior quality.i am humbly requesting you to replace this bag as this bag got damaged within 1 year.sorry for reporting this damage lately.hope your reply soon.

    Received different product, i made my payment online for my product of worth ₹299 but the product i got is of worth₹199, i am in mysore but the product is from bangalore, i instead of wasting time shoped online, but now they asked me to go to wildcraft store and get replacement, so pls kindly help me with this, a nd take suitable action against the company

      It has damage after usage of few weeks and I approached the following authorized Wildcraft store for repairing my shoe but they turn down my request.

        I have purchased a Wildcraft school bag on 25th of August 2016 from Feet Fashion shop in Chandra Layout. After the use of one month only the bag got torn.2-3 holes are also there.It looks like four year old product.I want a replacement for the product.

          My son's wildcraft school bag was given to this shop(No. 2A) located at Legacy Plaza, 313, M.G. Road, Pune a month back for minor repair work. I had paid Rs 500 for this repair work and was issued a bill in which letters were hardly discernable. When enquired about the same, I was told that it was due to printer problem and not to worry. Two weeks later when I went to collect the bag, the bag was not ready. I made two more visits and then found that the repair work was only half done. Again I left the bag to the shop keeper and told him to complete the repair work for which he obliged. Three weeks later when I went to collect the bag (today at 1643 h), the job was complete. However I was asked to pay the money again. When I told the shop keeper that the money was already paid on the first day itself, he was not accepting that. I was made to pay the money again and then only the bag was issued despite my best efforts to convince him. Waste of effort, time and money. Request enquire this misdoing

            Dear sir/madam

            With reference to bill no. Qjua0011617-i02082 dated july 2, 2016 & bill no. Qjua0011617-i01853 dated may23, 2016, i want to say that the products bought is not of appropriate quality. I bought your products because of the quality assurance that your products provide. I bought sleepers (Product: brand flfpme black 43 & brushed flfp blue 43) whose strips got separated from the root within two months of purchasing. This does not displays the quality, as i have witnessed with other products of your esteemed company. I convey this to your outlet at z-square mall but the response is not appropriate and adequate. I request you to take some necessary steps in this regard. I anticipate some suitable measures or replacement of these defected sleepers as soon as possible or it would be difficult for me to trust your companies product in the future.
            Please reply as soon as possible.

            P. S. I attaching the invoice and photos of sleepers. After looking the sleepers condition you can come to know how much i have used them. Please take it seriously i am trying 2nd time and requesting you again.

              I have bought backpack 6 months ago and sooner I noticed the mesh pocket of side where bottle is kept has got torn. Company has provided 5 years of bag warranty I wonder why they are not using a quality material. We invest 3000 ruppee with a faith that we are buying a reliable product but you guys fail us to have faith on such brands. I have been using backpacks from many years and this happened first time and that too with such a brand "wildcraft". Promises are made just for advertisements ?

                This amjad qureshi.from bombay bandra west ...i have a problem with your bag i bought them in 2013 .and i was told the gratunee of bag was 5yreas...i brought for my sisters and my sister hardly used for school... later the bag colour got too fed and i feel the colour on bag got lighter ...we were surprise... sir had about your company very big...but when i showed at for showroom junction of liking road and sv road at bandra they said nothing would be done...i was very sad i pay so much money for a good brand but the responed was bad ...so i request you to please change ...i am also ready to pay the different... i feel your are very good please do the needful... thanking

                  I bought a scool bag for my son, hoping to have a rock solid bag. But its side pocket for bottle got torn in 2 months. In my history o[censored]sing bags fot 20 years it is first time this has happened that also with a wildcraft product. I went totheir store to get it repaired. They said it isnot covered under warranty, as if theyknew it was a bad quality pocket, and I had to pay 180 bucks for that repair. But after 2 months again the same pocket gave away. Soon I realized nothing is rock solid, it's the advertisement that is solid not the products.

                      Dear Sir I had purchased a sandle 3 months back. Its soul got damaGED. i brought the sandle to the BTM Layout branch asking for repair or replacement. The answer I got was very disappointing. they told me that earlier similar problem had come and they told that it is due to water and it will not be replaced or repaired. Its really strange that a company who sells their products for trekking, sells such a bad quality products. if i could have bought a shoe from local market it could have lasted more. they are also not ready to repair if i pay the money for the same. l seriously feel cheated... expecting a reply from ur side...                         Hi I purchased a wildcraft outrider 40l rock sack from spice garden wildcraft store at a price of 3795Rs, where as the actual price i find out as from different stores and online retails and wildcraft.in as Rs.3295. I feel like cheated. And there fore i want my cash back. So Please consider this.

                          Hi, I purchased one Eiger-40 Bag from LifeStyle Gurgaon on 13 Sept 2015. After two days Journey of Vaishno Devi Bag got damaged and its back threads just came out. This is the quality of bags which cost around Rs 3300. Bag had 5 years of warranty and could not last even 1 week, so after returning back to Gurgaon, I reached to LifeStyle WildCraft Wing to show how product quality has came out after just one travel. I asked to refund the money so wildcraft people kept that bag and provided me one slip and told me that they will get back to me within two days after discussing with their management. Its been two weeks since I never listen from them about the refund or other. I want my money to be refunded back to me, I don't want to buy a product with such bad quality.                             Purchased from Salt Lake City Center a Karakoram rucksack worth 9090 Rs on 28.06.2015 . Till date they have not given me my warranty card and making excuses of will be sending the same over months. They even said request had been sent to Bangalore office, yet not received the same even though I requested it several times to the Kolkata store in charge. They even took down my mail ID and gave excuses of they had sent it but actually they have not yet done the same. Request your assistance in sorting out this matter.                               I had purchase wildcraft bag a year before bt it had torn inside so i have given it for repairing and now shopkeeper nd the company salesman are not returning. It had almost more den a week nd shopkeeper is acting very rude nd giving excuses.its in warranty period for 5 years plz help me.while selling he was like a big bro nd nw acting like a hitler so i want to teach him a lesson....

                              I had given my bag at wildcraft store, korum mall, thane for repairing the zip of my bag which got spoilt on 18th december 2014... Its been more than a month sInce the estimated date of delivery... Nd they r still delaying by saying that the bag hasnt arrived from the factory repair centre... Pathetic after sales servicing... And pathetic staff at wildcraft stores...they donot even reply with certainty. With suchh a poor handling by the wildcraft company... I guess ill never buy a wildcraft again!

                                i recently purchased convertible trouser, just wearing once the pant got teared due to material fault. i went to the shop where i purchased the product they accepted that its the material fault. but referred to head office at Karol bag, i went there too, they accepted it as well, but said they have to sent the product to Bangalore. after a week they just came up one word that British taught us "SORRY" i am all helpless as that product was not under any warranty, so now my 1500/ rupees trouser is with Wild craft.

                                  i had brought a wildcraft school bag(wiki4) before a week..while i bought this bag the shopkeeper said that the bag is waterproof,but he says and 18 months warranty...after i found a manufacture defect in my new bag,and when i tested my bag my bag allows water to perculate through it(NO WATERPROOF)..now when i enquired the same shopkeeper he said that he didnt say that this bag is water proof,so,,kindly check that the erode wildcraft showroom has an authorised seller....and kindly help me to replace my bag.

                                  Wildcraft does not provide a Gurantee, buy their products at your own risk. I purchased a soft shell jacket advertised for motorcycles. It was very poorly made and at an exorbitant cost. It's neither wind proof or water proof. I could not get my money back but after a lot of struggle could only manage to get another product which I didn't want. All international companies offer refund or replacement no questions asked. In India it's an uphill task for a consumer to get justice.
