Wildcraft India — Didn't receive refund

I had ordered a pair of shoes from wildcraft and I received them on 3/11/24, however they were a smaller size for me so I placed a refund and return request on the same day. The package was picked up from my house on 4/11/24 (screenshot attached below). It has been over a month and I still have not received any refund. When I try to reach their customer service they just tell me that it's going through "security checks" for the past 1 month and I've also been told that they've seen instances where orders are going through these checks for months and months at once.
I need my refund.
