[Resolved] Wildcraft India — Not refunding my money back | |||
I had ordered men convertible pants from wildcraft app on 4th Oct and got it delivered on 7th Oct. the product quality was poor so I complained and placed for a return request on the same day..The customer service ppl didn't respond to my queries properly and den asked me to send d product through courier which I did.. but it's been more than 25 days I didn't get d money back.. The product which I returned already reached the destination on 12th Oct itself..I have the proof n screenshot of the tracking ID of Indian post..kindly refund my money back and improve ur pathetic customer care service who are least interested to respond to our calls... after repeated calls, I was asked to wait till yesterday Nd I supposed to get a cal from der end but till now no response.. such a pathetic service u have.
