Wildcraft India — Refund not delivered since 6-June'2023

Followed up multiple times by calling the customer care at wildcraft but they never refunded the money back. Order Number: O[protected] had ordered for two items(WIKI 6 Fauna Black Backpack with Sleeve Separator
Size :Free Size cost 2, 799 and Wiki Crossbee Messenger Bag Blue, cost 999). When I returned both the items, they did pay me for the Fauna backpack. So I lost Rs2, 799. Consumers hard earned money is lost with such companies in India is very painful. Please help resolve the same.
