Wildcraft India — Refund regarding returned product which after returning still showing out for pickup

I recently returned wildcraft backpack with order id [protected]..it being 5th day since they have picked up the order but still i haven't received any refund regarding my order i have mailed them..called to their customer care service but they are still not takkmg seriously any issue regarding the order..i and they are still showing me that the bagpack is out for pickup they are saying that the product is still not received at the warehouse once it received they will initiate refund but till the date i don't know why i haven't received it yet..
