Wildcraft India — Refund scam

I am saying this because I got scammed by Wildcraft.
Recently I had ordered a pair of shoes from the Wildcraft official app. I got to know that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size of the shoes after 1-2 days of ordering. I couldn't return it until the product was delivered. The product was delivered on 25th January and i immediately put up a return request without even seeing the product. After 3-5 days, the return happened (that too was so much time consuming). I did not even wear those shoes till the time I had them. I had been waiting for my refund for 8 days but today I received a mail from Wildcraft that the quality check of the product failed and according to their policy, I can't get the refund. Wildcraft is a scam!
