I have returned the order that I placed from wildcraft website. After 10 days I got a mail that the product has failed quality check and they did not initiated refund.
The total amount was 5198/-
I have returned the product in the condition I received. The mail they have sent is utterly pathetic and I am feeling cheated. Please help me with the issue. The order id is [protected]
I have initiated refund on the same day, I received both the products.
Below are additional details:
Order placed on March 17th that contained one bag and one windcheater
Bag received on : March 20th
Windcheater received on: March 24th
Product return request raised for both the items on March 24th
I have not taken the photo and video of product before returning as I have never faced this issue. Also the agent has verified the items before picking up for return.
Please help me get the refund amount.
