Willora — cheated with wrong product

I have ordered for Kurtis from willora.com on 28/04/2019 and I received the wrong product from them on 06/05/2019. They have mention to send mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com to return the wrong product, I had send the mail immediately but it was also 8 days and I didn’t get any revert from them yet. The product which I received was very poor quality with different size.I had paid Rs1490 cash on delivery.So please do the needful.

I have ordered a set of 5 cotton kurtas but what i have received is a low quality synthetic kurtas which is completely different from the kurtas shown in the pictures
