Willora — wrong product received

I have order a combo pack of cotton kurtis at Rs. 990 in 11th April 2019.My order no is WLR[protected]. I received two cheap synthetic bellow standard kurtis in 15th April 2019 from this order no by the Ecom Express courier. Already i send a mail to their customer care for returning the product but they haven't replied yet.l also tried to call the customer care but the given mobile no is switched off continuously. It is a fake company & cheated all the customer.

Updated by Rajrupa Ghosh I have got a call from [protected] at 7p.m today & they asked for a bank account details to refund Rs.990 immidiately. I denied to give my account details & then they cut my call. After that their mobile is busy continuously.
