I had purchased a window 1.5 ton AC with 2 years extended warranty.Now I have raised an issue on 22May20 that AC is not working. No one from Onsitego is taking care of this. After so many emails to onsite and vijaysales, the resolution has not been provided yet.
Onsitego and Vijaysales are making public fool and sucking their hard earned money. There is no regulation in their service. Pathetic service providers, don't have business ethics and customer dealing.
I would request to all who are reading this, go for extended warranty directly from brand itself instead of Onsitego. Was this information helpful? |
