we are give complaint at delhi office on monday dt 21 april our company exe. come and visit but problem is not sol. we send personal our person your delhi office to mr. sanjeet ( [protected]) he give to pcb and dt 24/04/09 a engg from delhi come and repair our ac but after repairing we found that ac in not working properly trouble 1) after start ac with in 1/2 hour and 1 hour ac is off 2) after this we start against ac is off with in 3 min. 3) after this we start again ac is off with in 10min 4) after this we start ac is off with in 5 min. 5) after this we start ac is off with in 1/2 hour I am not understand what is problem we are suffer for ac problem last 5 day please send a good exe. and sol. our problem Waiting for your reply Puneet [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Window AC — Your mechanic won't solve the problem
On 2007 we had bought window Ac it was running fine but from last year we had spent more than 3000 Rs on it but it doesnt got ok, we had complaint several times and we got the response also but problem doent get solved, kindly solve the problem.Window AC — change of compressor
i complaint regaring promblem in my window ac on 3-7-11 with the complaint no.[protected] and was attended by the engineer on 5th july. according to him the compressor of ac was to be repalce and he said that it will be replaced within three days. after one i am regularly talking with your supervisors mr. Gyanendra on tel.no.[protected] and every time he committed the within two days it will be replaced and today i.e 15th of july hwhen i talked to him he said the our service van is not in working condition and we won't be able to replace the compressor for another 15 days. iam very much disappointed with ur aftersale servicesthsi si very disappointing that the company with such a good name in the market is not able to satisfy its customers. i would like to talk to senior authorities kindly provide me the details o[censored]r senior authorities on below mentioned email id

Window AC — Boiler body cracked.
I lodged my complaint on 8.10.11 No 11OC0801806. the electrician visited and found that cap of boiler is broken. He told to pay 800/-. I told it is new AC and it should be free replaced. He tried to bargain for 600/-. I refused to pay any amount. then I lodged complaint with your Lucknow distributor and with toll free no. Your rep again visited but boiler cap is not replaced so far. I purchased window AC on 25.03.11 from Smile stores, Kanpur. In October,11, it started giving noise hence I lodged complaint in service centre, Kanpur. Mechanic came and checked and found that top of boiler is cracked. He told that for change of top, I have to pay Rs 800/-. I told it is new AC.When he didnot change the top, I lodged compain on your Consumer toll free no. Complaint No is 11OC 0801806 dated 8.10.11. Inspite of various assurances on 17.10.11,31.10.11,2.11.11,4.11.11 and 16.11.11, top has not been changed.
Pl get the top changed.

I purchased TATA product with Trust. It is manufacuring defect that such thick boiler top cracked within seven months and now local service centre is asking for payment. It is rediculus.
Pl get the part changed, otherwise I shall refer to Your Chairman.

Window AC — Not taking proper power and service due
We have purchased a Window AC from yoiur dealer at Jodhpur. Our Window A C is not taking proper voltage and it's service is already due. We have also registered the same problem at your TOLL FREE no. and our Complain No. is N9C42106007 & N9C42106774.Just think of this season. The temperature of Jodhpur is breaking it's record of hottness for past 50 years and we are also not getting the pleasure of AC purchased from your Company.
If this is the way of your servicing the customers then we have the only way to see your company in Consumer Court. As we need immediate action from your end.
