I had purchased a window 1.5 ton AC with 2 years extended warranty.Now I have raised an issue on 22May20 that AC is not working. No one from Onsitego is taking care of this. After so many emails to onsite and vijaysales, the resolution has not been provided yet.

Good Day sir/madam,
Please note that we buy window AC from "CROMA STORE PACIFIC MALL, SAHIBABAD INDUSTRIAL AREA, GHAZIABAD, UP" on 27th July'12, my invoice no. SLF02A[protected] in the name of RUKHSANA.
Window AC was working fine but from last 24hrs my window AC is not working .
We request you to send your technician as early as possible to check and rectify the problem.
