Winny Immigration — Pushed to make payment and then no response.

I was continuously pushed for making a payment for my canada PR application by Winny Immigration. Once the payment of 47, 200 was made on 1st Oct, 2020, my concerns are not addressed. Agreement was sent after only the payment was made. However, I do not want to engage with them for I cannot trust them. Request refund. No services have been availed.
