I had installed Wiom WiFi, but then a technician named Sudhir told me to switch to his WiFi service, claiming it would work better. I also contacted Wiom customer care, and they raised a ticket, but they did nothing. The technician removed my Wiom WiFi and installed his own.
Later, my bank processed an autopay payment for Wiom. When I spoke to him about it, he removed his WiFi as well, and now I don't have any WiFi router.
