Wipro — BGV Percentage issue

I am Maaz, I got mail regarding calculation of 12th aggregate percentage.

There is misunderstanding while calculating my 12th Board aggregate percentage.
The BGV Team have calculated my 12th board Percentage considering the Six (6) Subject but this is not the way of calculating percentage as per my CBSE Board Provision.
So I would like to clarify about 12th aggregate percentage.

As Per the Rule of CBSE;
Marks of Only Best Five (5) Subject excluding one optional subject from two is considered for determining the Percentage of 12th Class.

So As per the rule of CBSE. I have got 305 Marks out of 500 Marks (Aggregate Marks) which is clearly mentioned in the certificate.

My Final Aggregate 12th Board Percentage is 61% as per my Central Board of Education

I have also mailed regarding this and also have attached my marksheet but got regret ma that you don’t match criteria of 60% but my percentage is 61%
