Wipro — CFL not working after 1 day

purchased a cfl from amazon.in of wipro company installed it after few days and its not working these cfls comes with 1 year warranty so the wipro is liable to change the cfl in case they malfunction within a year (amazon is not responsible for it) so i called wipro consumer care to get the cfl replaced called customer care 10-15 times no body picking up the call sent an email again no reply they can call me on [protected]
