Hr team in wipro guindy branch, chennai is very worst. Especially sobiya, ayisha are the worst hr's in that branch. They doesnt know how to manage. I had to go 3 days for salary discussion and bg verification. But they didnt take any action for 3 days. I had to spent 6 hrs everyday there without doing anything. Finally at the time 8pm they says come on next day. They are focusing only to leave the office and not doing their work even interview candidates only 20 are available. If we ask anything they doesnt respond to that they just says please take your seats. Everyday atleast two candidates have to rejected without any reason at the salary discussion round. I havent face these hr team in my life ever. Today also one married girl got rejected with fake reason who continously come for 3 days and had to spent 6 hrs idle. She cried at last in front of me.
