I am also facing the same issue.. my date of joining is 12 th may 2022.. later they changed to 6th June after few days they informed me to join 16th May 2022.. on 16th May they are saying you DOJ is changed to 7 July 2022.. because of this Wipro offer letter i resigned my job in the first week of May... And without job i facing financial issue.. thinking about the future days with job and the financial problem i have.. i worried about my future.. no interview call is also coming nowadays.. can any one please help me to sort out his issue..

Same issue joining date postponed to july 6th..after clicking link accepted adenddum DOJ ..but i cant track date as the same link cant access again ...now since one month am jobless trusting wipro offer

Same herr.They requesteted early joining so i agreed for 12th may.then they told due to onboarding issues we are changing your date of joining to 1st june. They sent a link for addendum and i acceoted in in protal no tody thwy again call and said they are changing it to 1st of july . This tume i protrsted saying i not only reained from old job and last working day is 1st june.i also declined two startup offers to be associated with wipro. Now i will have to seat idle for whole one month. Not only that therr is no gurranty that they will not postpone again in july as no one is taking reaponsiblitu

For me my initial DOJ is on 18th may I. Wipro later reschedule it for 19th may than June 1 and now it is set for July 4th and now due to all this I am jobless and don’t know how to pay EMI and how to manage all expenses

The Initial was for today (18th May) now the new joining date is 7th July. Followed up with everyone but no one is responding or picking up the call. Now I am jobless just believing Wipro. Resigned from last company and served the notice period as well.

Same here. My DoJ was 1st june which they now have changed to 4th july.
The HR is not even picking up the call. There is just an addendum mail to accept new DOJ. There is no assurance to employee. This is really very shocking as everybody do have personal commitments. It's not matter of just 30 days but a whole months salary.

Yes, they were telling the reason like onboarding tools are getting upgraded. But, don't know the exact reason.

Why don't you guys post in twitter tagging all the wipro folks for assistance if you are not getting proper response from company. . Delaying the date of joining will cause many financial crisis in employee families wipro need to understand it.
Wipro, if you are see this thread, you need to understand that employees will b bearing lot of loans and finanical dependencies if you are delaying the date of joining this way, how they will run the family and how they will manage expensense. They trusted you and resigned in current job and its time for you provide trust to the employee. Request you to address thess issues at earliest.

My initial doj in wipro was 25/05/2022, I have received an addendum letter stating my new joining date as 06/07/2022. I have not accepted the new doj, can i decline it or declining it means declining whole offer letter?

I think declining it means declining the whole offer letter, since on 25th may they wont be able to onboard you due then only possibilities is the next proposed date.

Hi Jai, well there is something going on with onboarding issue that everyone is talking about so I guess that must be a genuine reason, and should be a confirmed one only however exact truth can be known only on that date.
My doj was also 18th May but they called me 15th may and said they postponed my doj due to some internal issue and said they will onboard between 4th To 10th july. and asked me to choose date between 4 to 10 july. and then send me the addenum letter and DOJ change mail.

This is such na unethical and unprofessional behaviour from Wipro. How could they delay the joining of so many people? We all are experienced candidates and have financial obligations towards our families. We have trusted Wipro and now that trust is breached due to these delayed joining dates.

DOJ has been delayed in wipro, keep changing my DOJ in wipro, HR confirmed me 4th July is my joining date, still i didn't receive revised DOJ letter, HR saying JOB ID is not generated so, need to wait for 2 days. playing games with employees life. It's not at all fair.

I want to raise a serious grievance against WIPRO. I am a working woman who has a child and have worked in a reputed MNC before getting an Offer letter from WIPRO. As per the offer letter I resigned from my Current Organisation as I thought WIPRO is a good brand. I was given a date of Joining as 18 th July '22 and accordingly I resigned from my current employer. Now they are saying POSTPONED DOJ is 5th Sep 2022. I have to pay EMI's and also there is a child and a family to look after. Considering I am serving my last day in my current employer, how am I supposed to take financial responsibility at home? As I resigned my current employer did not give me a promotion and what am I supposed to do now?
