Hi Team,
I have been attended the interview on 9th Nov 2019 for the position of senior software Engineer. I have received offer letter on 29th Nov 2019 with DOJ 22nd January 2020. I accepted the offer letter and I have 2 months notice period so, I asked them to change the DOJ to 10th FEB 2020.They change to 11th Feb 2020. On 11th Feb 2020 at 8am I went for onboarding. At reception they asked for entry pass, then I called to HR Rajeswari she said she forgot to send entry pass, she asked me to come next day, then I went again on 12th Feb 2020 entered into the campus, then I called her she told me on Wednesday we don't have onboarding so I will call you next onboarding day. After 2days I got a call from her she requested me to wait till 1st April 2020 because of project delay. I accepted her request again my DOJ change to 1st April 2020. On 28th March 2020 I was called to HR she told me now we have COVID-19 issue so unable to onboard please wait till 10th July 2020. On 28th March 2020 I was discussed with My contact person and her above position person also, they promised me with 100% we will onboarding on 10th July 2020, that also I accepted again addendum letter with DOJ 10th July 2020. I asked them virtual onboarding and I can do WHF
also.On 8th July 2020 I called to HR, she said virtual onboarding is there. Again on 8th July 2020 at 7:34pm I got call from HR regards onboarding process she said we don't have onboarding process on Friday so i am changing DOJ to 13th July 2020 and I will send the virtual onboarding details on 10th July 2020. Till now I won't receive any details. I loss job in previous company and I waited till now without salary because of your offer only. I have infant kid and recently purchased home also. I lost everything and facing financial issues bcz of your offer only. Your playing with my life and career also.I thought wipro is the one of the best MNC company in india. Now what should I do. Outside we don't have opportunities also. Without requirements why you people recruited me. I got again recruitment calls from wipro on 20th and 22nd Jan 2020. Please suggest me what should I do now.
