[Resolved] Wipro — document upload problem | |||
I got selected for wims/wase programme. I accepted the offer letter. But couldnt find any candidate detail tab for uploading documents for background verification. Kindly help me as soon as possible. My reference no. Is 8223460. There is an offer letter tab, joining letter tab but there is no candidate detail tab.13 december is the last date for ulpoading documents for bgv. I am selected to wipro WILP program and i got call letter for doccument uploadation. but i am unable to upload my photo my photo is in JPEG format and between 30kb and 2 gb but still the i am not able to upload my photo. Could you please resolve the problem

I am getting the same problem with my portal. There is no option to upload the documents.

I'm selected for the role of project engineer in WIPRO and I've accepted the LOA. but when I logged in to embark portal to upload my documents it says LOA file not found and documents are not uploading kindly help me with the same.

Just clear cache and cookies and close all open tabs related to wipro and restart the browser or try diffrent browser. sometimes it gets fixed when all tabs of browser are closed.
My resume ID is 22268018, when I am trying to upload the documents for verification, I getting error like "There was some technical glitch, please try again after some time.". I tried from multiple machine and different OS as well, Getting same error on more than 7 days. Can you please help me resolve the same.

Sir, While clicking on background verification it shows LOA file not found. Sir, I have filled half of my form. So I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

Regarding document uploading, for login to embark account I clicked on forget password but the mail to reset the password did not receive immediately and it came after 2 hours.
