Respected sir,
My name is * and i work with wipro technologies (Emp id: 363313) based out of gurgaon, india. The reason to write to the mos-hrd to bring upon to your notice and seek your help in addressing unethical practices, inhuman behaviour, discrimination and harassment at workplace being practiced with hundreds of my colleagues in my current organisation with a group of senior leaderships based out of india and usa.
When we raised these concerns to the upmost authority in wipro under the breach of code-of-business-conducts (Cobc) per wipro’s policies and indian labour law, we are getting intentionally targeted, threatened, mentally harassed and getting pushed to resign from the organisation putting biased allegations.
This unethical work environment, discrimination and inhuman experiences, individually has put me into trauma, landed up getting into severe health condition due to harassment causing anxiety, extreme stress and hyper tension. I had shared all the appropriate evidences to the upmost authority in hr and ombuds (Wipro’s internal grievance redressal system) along with my medical reports but they are trying to wash-off this case without any intervention or right guidance on the course of action. Due to this unrest, my health and family is on stake. Just to avoid any more inhuman behaviour and to refrain myself getting into non-recoverable illness, i requested for lop (Loss of pay) from the company, which was also not taken into the consideration and i’m repeatedly getting harassed and targeted.
I would request you to please intervene and help us as a common tax payer to save from all this harassment, discrimination and inhuman behaviour by a group of people in privately run large businesses who put all the indian labour laws on stake while running their unethical business practices in such a reputed organisations which organisation at the top are unable to address until questioned by senior authority in the government.
We’ll furnish all the requested evidence in regards with the complaint stated above. With all due respect to hrd ministry, thanks for your time and we look forward to have your guidance and support on this complain.
