Wipro — Form 16 and PF Statement not issued.

Good day!

My name is Ramraj Rajendran. I have been employed in Wipro for the period of Jul 20 to Feb 21.
Due to some personal issue. I left Wipro, after so many hurdles, gaps and hindrance. I got an opportunity again to start my career. My future employer were asking for Form 16 nor PF statement from my previous employer Wipro. When i was trying to download it from alumni portal. Form 16 was not available and parallelly i had an option to download my PF passbook in EPFO portal. When i go and visit the epfo. My Wipro PF contribution was not linked to my EPFO account as i have submitted and linked all my Aadhar and PAN at the time of joining. Since then, i have been following up with Form 16 HRSS team and PF helpdesk team to help me with these documents. But no one cares on this issue and they are delaying in providing me. As per set time frame, Form 16 team were asked me to wait for 10 to 15 days. But it's more than 18 days, i haven't received and documents. You can check with the concerned team and help me out for the better career. I do not want to loose my job. My employee I'd 20161516.
