I am an ex-Wipro employee. My LWD was 12th December, 2021 and my full and final settlement is pending from December 23, 2021. I have been given excuses everytime whenever I have asked for my full and final settlement amount and the helpline tickets which I have been raising keeps getting closed without any explanation. I have came across a new absurdity recently when I logged into Wipro alumni portal, which is now showing that I need to pay INR 42000 to Wipro.
But rather the case is opposite here, Wipro needs to pay me INR 30000 (Approx) including my November 2021 and till 12th December, 2021 salary, my leave encashments and variable pay after adjusting my payables to wipro. I don't have any idea nor I have ever imagined that Wipro will treat their alumnis like this.
I have been following up over the dedicated full and final settlement mail IDs but nobody gives a damn to even reply to the same. It feels as if we are fools mailing continously to everyone and begging from Wipro. No boss it's our righful and hard earned money. I have all the proofs proving my claim with me. My exit formalities have been successfully completed after which the organization is bound to pay the full and final settlement amount. Never expected this. Was this information helpful? |
