Wipro — Job location agreed for bangalore but provided chennai

Hi team,

I am working in it industry. I have been selected for wipro in the interview process. Actually, i have family problems so, i requested for bangalore location and relocation charges. They have agreed (Have conversation emails with hr) but provided chennai offer letter. When i asked hr, he said will send to bangalore only. After serving my 90days of notice period in current company, on my last working day hr said, there are no openings in bangalore you have to join chennai only. Hr asked me to use wipro vendor for transportation of my luggage. They charged with 32k. Finally, i didn't get my relocation charges, i didn't get the bangalore location and current job is in danger.

Please help me at least with the relocation charges.
